My wife and I stayed during August. The house is impressive, large rooms, fully kitted out kitchen with everything you could want. Beds were excellent and fine quality. Two bathrooms was excellent. Highly recommend for a family or group to stay

Lovely property

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed there was no complimentary fire wood as noted on our check in documents. There was a coffee machine but no pods and no advice to purchase some beforehand. Toiletries were poor and no face washers or hand wash.Home was very clean but lacks some maintenance and garden up keep. Cushions on bench seats around dining table were in need of clean & repair. Rubbish was left in bathrooms from previous guests.

Wonderful Experience

Lived up to it's name The Garden House is Situated in the heart of Daylesford, as you walk in you are surrounded by freshness and aroma of the garden, then as you walk into the old style 2 storey house you are transformed to another era. The house has all the facilities you need. The kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms all immaculate in the way it was presented. To us it was perfect for peaceful relaxation time with the family and enjoyed every single minute we sere there. The only complaint is it's so far from where we live to get here more often. Beautiful time away.
