Lemon Tree Shack - Family friendly by the sea

Perfect for families, Lemon Tree Shack is a peaceful retro haven by the water. (Please note the shack is VERY retro , please look at the pics , if shag carpet, orange furnishings and a nanna red couch aren’t ur thing the Lemon Tree Motel might suit your needs better. 🤔)
Things to do. See the dolphins and koalas, play on the beach, relax on the balcony, take coastal walks, there is plenty to do. #howsthetranquility
Located at Lemon Tree Passage, Port Stephens, the Shack is ideal for family holidays. Sleeping up to 9 people, it is family and pet friendly( *conditions apply see below ).

The yard is fully fenced and only a 100 metre walk through the Koala reserve to the beach.




Lemon Tree Shack sleeps up to 9 people.
Bunker Bedroom sleeps 4 = 1 x king size bed and bunks
Main Bedroom sleeps 3 = 1 x king size bed and 1 single bed
Sunroom sleeps 2 = 1 x Double Sofa Bed

Ground Floor- Bunk Bedroom, Main Bedroom, Sunroom, laundry, Bathroom.

1st Floor- Kitchen, lounge room , dining room & balcony ( 1st floor accessed via external staircase)

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOW SLIPS & TOWELS
( The BIG BEDS are two singles put together , so a KING fitted sheet is best or a Queen flat sheet would suffice for the base . Each bed has two pillows per person)
Pillows, Duvets ,blankets, tea towels and hand towels are provided.

*Additional linen rental extra $30PP for the stay, includes bed linen & towels. Please advise ASAP.

PETS: Dogs must not be left alone or allowed to bark incessantly. No pets on carpets, furniture or bedding. Please clean up after your pets. The property is fenced to 900mm. The soil is sandy and dogs can dig under fences if unattended. There is a Koala reserve at bottom of the yard. Please use a leash.

Good location and great stay with the family. The DVD's brings back memories to the good old days which is rarely seen by kids nowadays. Wish we could have spend more days in the shack. Highly recommend for families to spend more quality time together.

All good.. quite quirky a d dated but everything worked.However, we used the washer and dryer ( thank you!) and the sheets came out marked all over. Maybe there is rust in the dryer ? Perhapes worth checking ?

Lemon Tree Shack was a great retro holiday shack. It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, backing onto a nice waterfont reserve, close to Bowling and RSL clubs, and shops. Simon the host was helpful, informative, and prompt in response to questions.

Fabulous space and location to relax and enjoy waterfront and surrounding beaches with our dog.

Great retro getaway in a beautiful location

Had a great time at Simon's house. Communication was great and we had everything we needed. It's the perfect tranquil location by the water and a great getaway to do some golf and quad biking in the sand dunes. Poyers restaurant down the road was a hit too.

It’s a retro time capsule, by the water. If u don’t like orange furnishings, brown shag pile carpet , red nanna couches and no dishwasher, 😳 best skip this place and head to the Motel. ☝🏻
