For those who travel with young children, we're happy to provide you with bottle steriliser, cot/crib, pram/stroller, highchair, children eating & drinking utensils, books and toys etc at no extra charge. We understand how challenging travelling with young children can be. And there is also a large and deep ceramic sink in the laundry that is perfect for bathing baby and toddler.

Dining room has formal dinning table & chairs. There is also a breakfast bar in the kitchen for casual meals. For the children, there is a highchair (feeding chairs) as well as small table and chairs for the little kids.

Lovely courtyard with outdoor dining set, seating bench and a Weber BBQ grill. This courtyard gets good shade in the afternoon, perfect for afternoon BBBQ.

Full size laundry with a washing machine, a clothes dryer machine as well as clotheslines (Perth dry sunny weather will dry your clothes in just a couple of hours, it's amazing!).

    Family time in Scarborough

    The house met our needs for extended family. The carpets , furniture and stairs are in need of a thorough clean. The toaster didnt pop up and there was no corkscrew. The TV was very difficult to turn on /off. A remote garage door opener would have been useful. The house was well equipped and the location was very central.

    Scarborough Stay

    This property is clean and tidy and in a great location. Overall we were very happy with it. A couple of things that we found odd were the house sleeps 8 people but the dining setting and outdoor setting is only for 6? The upstairs toilet that is shared between the main bathroom and the ensuite bathroom does not have working locks on the door making it 'uncomfortable' for anyone using that toilet with a group staying there. Property manager Mimi was very helpful and easy to deal with. Vicki

    Amazing property and location

    Property was very clean upon arrival. Hassel free check in. Great for family with kids as there is a play area. Amenities and beach are all within walking distance. Great for morning/evening stroll. One suggestion though, would be to have baby gates installed at the top and bottom of stairs for families with infants, so that the parents can have a better vacation too as they do not have to watch the babies like hawks near the stairs.

    Excellent Location, walking distance from the beach

    The property was well appointed and comfortable. Excellent bathrooms, 1 toilet upstairs and 1 downstairs. The master bedroom ensuite had a large double shower and twin basins. It led into the separate toilet, which was also accessed from the landing. The rooms were spacious, the 3rd bedroom also had bunk beds. We required 4 separate bedrooms, so the pull out couch in a room off the main living area was also used and was very comfortable. The air con worked efficiently, but written instructions would have been useful. The laundry was good with a small drying area outside. We communicated with the manager that the washing machine was noisy, although it worked very well. She arranged for a service after we'd left. We had issues with the nylon sheets on one of the beds, which was sorted the next morning and changed to cotton. We were unused to the keyless locking of the front door, and managed to set off the alarm, but the manager came and this was sorted quickly. The kitchen was well appointed, though prep knives could be sharper, there was also a BBQ and good outside space and plenty of toys for children. Close to supermarkets and eateries, on a very quiet street.

    Location was fantastic with just a short walk to the beach, home was lovely and clean with spacious bedrooms, kitchen had everything you needed couldn’t fault the house except for the very noisy jet plane sounding washing machine.     Mimi and the Josie were great for us and just what we needed. Great for young kids and families this house has everything you needed for babies and toddlers - I left the toys pram and cot at home and Mimi had it all. Walking distance to main beach area and short drive to Cottesloe, great place to stay.

    Lovely home by the beach

    After selecting Scarborough Beach as our destination, we needed to find accommodation for 6 people with adequate cooking facilities. What we picked looked perfect for us and proved to be just that! The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable indeed. The location was superb for Scarborough Beach and frequent buses to all our destinations. The weather all week was magnificent - what a bonus!

    Fantastic property!

    The property was amazing. It was perfect for us as a group of adults with 2 small children. There was plenty of space and all bedrooms are a really good size. The children loved sitting at the little table and there was plenty of toys and books here to keep them busy. There was everything we could have wanted in the house to use as we needed, towels, iron, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine etc. and all drawers and cupboards were helpfully labelled. The location is perfect and its just a short walk to Scarborough beach. There are also a couple of very nice restaurants close by, the Italian was our favourite. The bus stop is also at the end of the road which was great for going into Perth City in 30 mins. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this property. Mimi is great to deal with and we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Perth.

    A Home away from Home

    We had a very pleasant stay at Scarborough as the house was so cozy and welcoming. With 2 toddlers in tow, the books & toys that were already in the house kept them occupied while we did our own chores. This was so helpful for all of us! We're so grateful for having an understanding house owner. Mimi & her husband was also very helpful and prompt with our needs when we asked for the front yard doors to be unlocked; even though they were out of town. We loved the stay and highly recommend for families who are looking for a safe and child friendly accommodation for their next holiday!
