Modern Scarborough Townhouse
This modern and private townhouse is close to great beaches, a large park, family-friendly activities, restaurants, and nightlife. High-quality furnishings and appliances. Large and well-equipped kitchen with gas cooking and Nespresso machine. Large washing machine and dryer. Great for couples, business travelers, and families. Very close to Abbett Park and Scarborough Sportsmans Club. Easy walk to Scarborough Beach and restaurants/ bars. Quiet street with lock-up parking in the garage.
Lots of space, and a great home entertainment system. Very clean and modern space. Great kitchen and entertaining areas. Comfortable furniture and beds. Lock up and off-street parking.
The house has a large kitchen with modern appliances, gas cooking and a Nespresso machine.
The laundry has a large, modern washing machine and separate dryer.
There are two living rooms on the ground floor, both with large LG TV's and sound bars. The TV in the theatre room is 65", and in the living room it is 55". The tv's are connected to WIFI and Netflix and other streaming apps are available.
There is a good-sized covered courtyard on the ground floor, with gardens at the front and rear of the house. The courtyard has an outdoor lounge/ dining setting and a 6-burner barbeque.
There is a baby cot/ crib, a high chair, and a stroller to save you from bringing your own.
This first bedroom has a Queen bed, ensuite and attached balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top. All mattresses are high quality and very comfortable.
New reverse-cycle air conditioning is installed in the downstairs living area and the upstairs bedrooms.
Upstairs there is a full bathroom with shower and bath, an ensuite, and a separate toilet, with a second toilet downstairs.
The garage is equipped with some bodyweight gym/ exercise equipment for your use.
