This all new second floor apartment is a very spacious with a 3 queen bedrooms, 1 full bedroom, 2 full size bathrooms, the great room/living room has a 65 inch flat screen TV plus a dining area overlooking the west end of town. There are TV's in all bedrooms, a washer/dryer in the unit, a new central heating system, window ac units for every room, and an air mattress is available for an extra guests as well as our huge couch. Also, free wifi, internet and cable.

The location is 1/4 mile to All Star Village, 2 miles from Hartwick College, Oneonta State, Fox Hospital. Located in a residential area with restaurants and services directly across the street. There is off street parking and a shared back lawn with outdoor dining and an outdoor gas grill.

This was the perfect place for our visit! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. If you are headed out for the Cooperstown All Star Village experience this location can’t be beat - it’s a very quick drive or you can catch the shuttle down the block or even walk. Dave was very responsive and helpful.

Great location if your son is playing at the Cooperstown All Star Village, it’s about 3 minutes down the road! Cooperstown Dreams Park where the hall of fame is, is about 30 minutes. Great food nearby (we loved the Yellow Deli located on Main Street in Oneonta) and Nicks Diner.

Everything was great -- great location close to ASV. Bathrooms were very nice, everything was easy. Only minor complaint is the A/C units in the bedrooms were loud when they kicked on during the night, but overall would recommend!

It was a well stocked and very large home that included space to spread out and be together. We were only there one night but it was comfortable for everyone and having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer was a perk.

Large rooms, great location

If staying for ASV this spot is as convenient as it gets. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. The common space has room for the entire group to hang out. Kitchen is adequate, but has limited pans and no seasonings or cooking oil/sprays so you would need to supply your own if you plan to cook. We would stay here again!

Very nicely maintained and clean apartment

Easy access to highway and very clean and resourceful apartment. Every need was taken care of. Only one drawback is as the apartment is on the road, there is some traffic noise during late at night. Overall stay was good and very friendly owner.

Beautiful place and perfect location!

Beautifully appointed apartment and so close (4 min drive) to Cooperstown All Star Village. Apartment had everything you needed for a great stay. It is set up so you are not on top of each other but can spend time as a family! Highly recommended! 10 min drive from SUNY Oneonta, Hartwick College, Walmart and shopping!

Location is great to the park and anything you may need. Communication was great and the apartment had everything we needed. There was confusion about the parking in the back only because our party had two vehicles and the downstairs part had one. I was unaware the carport was one spot for each unit. Other than that no issues.

This location is perfect for the All Star Village. It’s roomy and the beds were comfortable. Our issue was that it wasn’t clean. The floors, bath mats, showers, kitchen sink, end tables, and countertops were dirty. The listing states that it’s new, but it is not new. It was not my plan to leave a review. Things happen…. But at the end of our stay I notified the manager and he didn’t acknowledge my message. No apologies….. nothing!

Hi Guests this is what Nan wrote .... We have a vacation rental Saint Simons Island, so I had some experience with rentals. I’m it sure how often you visit your house but it was far from clean. The kitchen range had crumbs, countertop had spills that were not wiped up, and the floor was filthy. The sink in the kitchen was terrible. The showers were also dirty. I washed the bath mats and swept up the dirt under them. No need to go on, but I would check behind your cleaner. The front entrance doorknob upstairs is hanging. Needs to be tightened. I have never complained about a place before. Nan Hey guests this is our response, Did she mention that we were there 10 minutes after check in and she had no issues with manager Frank as we are totally hands on. My cleaning person Amber for the last 6 years was so upset with the comments. The apartment is definitely new as we updated it in 2021. The bathrooms are awesome and the kitchen area is all new. If you every visit St Simon Island be careful who you rent from. Nans place better be impeccecable. Thanks, Dave

This apartment was perfect for our stay when my son attended All Star Village. The apartment is in a perfect location. It took us less than five minutes to get to All Star Village. The apartment was a good size, clean, and stocked with everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to All Star Village

Great location to All Star Village. Nicely renovated place with all that’s needed for an enjoyable week. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend if coming to the area.
