SHORE THING - FAMILY BEACH RETREAT

AVAILABLE FOR MINIMUM 3 NIGHT BOOKING

This beautifully presented three bedroom holiday home is ideal for families with kids featuring 2 living areas both with leather couches, TVS and DVD players. There is also an open plan kitchen with a refrigerator , D/W , M/W and a dining area which seats eight. There is a Master bedroom with queen size bed , en-suite bathroom and walk in robe . The second bedroom consists of 2 sets of bunks with built in robes.Third bedroom has a queen size bed with built in robes.
The second and third bedroom all serviced by a family bathroom with separate toilet and laundry with front loader washing machine.

Features include House alarm security, evaporative heating and cooling, sliding doors which lead out to an undercover alfresco entertaining area complete with free standing barbecue and an outdoor setting which seats eight. There is also a secured remote controlled double garage with direct internal access to the house.

Set on a great size block with fruit trees this property is only minutes walk to the beach and a short drive to local restaurants, cafes and shopping centres.

Please note minimum weekly booking applies for December 23rd 2024 to 12th Jan 2026.

Please note linen charge of $80 can be removed if you prefer to bring your own.

Clean, Spacious, Pet Friendly and location is a stand out here!

Perfect for a large family and perfect for your family pet too. Clean, Spacious and all the comforts needed. Host's were very obliging a d easy to communicate with. We received a gift of Wine and chocolates when we arrived and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas period at a house that has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing break. Communication with Harry was clear and easy, the property is perfect for a family with room outside to relax and allow your dog to enjoy a bit of a run. Close to the beach and a short walk to Rye shops, it really is a perfect location. We could not recommend staying here more highly, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone after a great getaway.
