Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for my family and I for our visit to Austin! Neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the host was very helpful throughout our stay. Driveway parking was a nice cherry on top. I would definitely recommend this spot for those looking for a family vacation to Austin.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Was very local to everything that we came to do. Michael was very responsive and even allowed for an earlier check in which was possible for the dates we chose. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe which we liked. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michael!!!!

Cozy house in convenient neighborhood

Property sits on a quiet street close to 620 and Anderson Mill, so easy access to all points in NW Austin. Cozy and nicely appointed with large walk-in shower in Master Bath, King bed, comfortable living room, functional kitchen with fully-stocked pantry, two other bedrooms (one with bunk beds), a second colorful bathroom, and a nice fenced yard with patio and grill just off the kitchen/dining room. Far nicer than staying in a hotel. Check in and out was easy and very smooth and the owner Michael always responded to messages very promptly. Very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this property to others.

The property overall is very nice. There are some maintenance issues that should be addressed such as door knob replacement and/or repair. Cleanliness issues involve dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and just overall deep cleaning. Beware of the swing set if you have little ones - parts are broken and unsafe.

Room for improvement

While the location and neighborhood was nice, the place itself could have been cleaner and more complete. 2 of the 3 bedrooms only had a thin sheet on the beds and no comforter. A towel hook was hanging out of the wall in the bathroom and there was no bath mat to stand on outside of the shower. Many of the dishes were dirty in the kitchen and we had to wash all of them before using. The swing set is very rusty and the grill was also too rusty to use. There was random objects laying around which is hard when there’s babies there.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. We were in Austin for my Daughter's graduation. This was a perfect location with easy access to Austin/.

Very accommodating!

Our stay was very pleasant. We came into Austin for family weekend at the University and choose to stay in Cedar Park as apposed to downtown Austin which can be very congested. It was just a 16 mile drive to our daughter's dorm. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and very close to an HEB. I originally got the dates wrong by one day and was able made the change without any difficulty. The house was for the most park just like the listing. My only complaints would be that there was not a working smoke detector as stated for safety. Just a mount on the ceiling and the rest of it was broken and on a shelf in the garage. The other would be that the coffee maker still had used coffee filter and coffee grinds in it which should be part of a cleaning checklist especially since you are being charged a cleaning fee. Overall though, it was pleasant stay that served our needs.

Great value in perfect location.

Spent a week here while visiting my daughter. It worked out perfectly for our needs, but it obviously doesn’t have the personal touches that many other Vrbo and abnb’s have. That being said, it really did work well for my family. The yard was fenced for my dog, the master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The bath update is great! I appreciated having the attached garage as well. With a little more personal attention it could be a really fabulous place. I think for the price, it’s a very good stay and way better than a hotel.

Nice place in Round Rock, TX. Visited Austin for a disc golf tournament, and the house was perfect for the 4 of us. Garage parking, quiet neighborhood. Ease of access to highways and major routes. Will book again!

Family visit

Pros: easy access to everything, quiet neighborhood, excellent stock on laundry, cleaning, & paper supplies, was nice being able to park in garage! Cons: smoke detectors were not functioning, needs a thorough cleaning under beds, corners, ceilings, vents. We needed handicap accessible, this isn't ideal. No grab bars in bathroom (neither toilet or shower. Front entry inside home has 2 steps down. One going to bdrms the other to main living. Weeds in Lawn were over a foot tall when we arrived Tues. Someone did mow on the 3rd day. The playset in the backyard needs trashed, nothing like the pics. It was very convenient and close to our family, but will probably not be using this particular property again.
