We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pod was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming with many thoughtful touches. The location is secluded with a great view down the valley and with the company of sheep waiting to be sheared.
We look forward to a longer stay next time so we can explore more.
The Farm Pod is really lovely, homely and located on a beautiful property with nice walks to go on and animals to see. They provide generous breakfast supplies and other goods. The host is very communicative and helpful, including heating the hot tub for my arrival. Unfortunately, I think the hot tub needs to be cleaned as there was quite a bit of furry algae on the surfaces and the water level was very low, so it wasn't super enjoyable. Possibly it hasn't been used/maintained much over winter.

Thank you for coming to stay.
We are so pleased you enjoyed the farm experience and sincerely apologise that your experience of the woodfired hot tub was not as expected. The hot tub is filled with water from our river at the farm and so does not always appear clear but the water level should always be topped up and we are sincerely sorry this did not occur. We absolutely appreciate your honest feedback so we can ensure this doesn’t happen for guests in the future.
We loved our stay! Out of the three places we stayed over the weekend this was top of our list. The perfect ‘taste of tassie’- the fields of farm land and animals was gorgeous along with waking up to a lovely breakfast, the sound of bush birds and the site of sheep out the bedroom window. We couldn’t decide which was more breathtaking- the sunset reflecting on the hill behind the pod or the visible Milky Way above our heads while we sat by the bonfire. I wish we stayed a week +! So clean, great communication. We can’t rave enough. Thank you so much!
