The two bedrooms at Tops House offer en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, each providing access to a shared wrap-around veranda through sliding glass doors. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size four-poster bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with twin beds that can be converted into a king with a mattress topper. For added flexibility, a single roll-away bed can be placed in the second bedroom to accommodate a fifth guest.

Outside, there are landscaped garden areas and decks as well as a small private swimming pool and patio area. At the guest's option, the pool can be heated for a fee of $250 per week.

Tops House has air-conditioning throughout, cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, and an outdoor gas grill. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and several cooler bags are also included with the rental for beach days away from home.

For parents travelling with infants and young toddlers, the property managers can arrange for a traveler crib/pack n' play, high chair, and beach toys available for your convenience.

Tops House can be rented along with other homes on the estate to accommodate larger groups. Daily housekeeping, a private chef, in-home spa treatments, and other services are always available for an additional charge.

The town of Governor's Harbour, a three-minute walk down the hill, has a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbor. Buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock, or visit the recently restored Haynes Library, which dates from 1897. Governor's Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. Friday Night Fish Fry in Governor's Harbour, is a weekly street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street until late!

A stroll downhill from the estate in the other direction leads to French Leave Beach, one of the finest beaches on the island and one of the great beaches of the Caribbean. By foot, it’s about 8 minutes to French Leave, a mile-long crescent of pink sand which is literally deserted most of the time.

The island of Eleuthera is famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. The snorkeling, diving, and fishing on the island are world class. Boating, surfing, and other water sports are also popular. There is excellent sightseeing as well. Eleuthera has vast caves, cliffs, a bottomless ocean hole, many unique beaches, historic churches and 19th century homes, and small villages to explore.
