Fond Memories, is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom villa, perched on the hilltop of Governor's Harbour, offering breathtaking views of the tranquil harbour waters below. This contemporary property is part of the distinguished Governors Harbour Collection, a select group of top-tier rentals in central Eleuthera.

Step into the spacious, open-plan ground floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen island with countertop seating, and a dining area for six—ideal for family meals or entertaining. The inviting living room, complete with a custom-built entertainment center, Cable/Smart TV, and plush seating, is perfect for unwinding after a day of island exploration. A convenient powder room is also located on this level.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are master suites, each featuring en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, Smart TVs, and direct access to the harbour-view rooftop balcony.

Master Suite 1: King-size bed.

Master Suite 2: Two twin beds that can be converted into a king with a plush mattress topper.

An additional single cot-style bed with an inflatable mattress can accommodate a fifth guest.

Enjoy coffee or sunset cocktails on the shared rooftop balcony, taking in panoramic views of Governor’s Harbour. The downstairs patio, with its comfortable sectional sofa and coffee table, is perfect for lounging outdoors or enjoying al fresco dining amid the lush tropical garden

Amenities include Starlink high-speed Internet, high efficiency ductless A/C units throughout, back-up generator and water cistern, laundry room with full size Washer & Dryer, SMART TVs in living room and bedrooms, Apple TV, Google and Sonos Bluetooth Speakers with iPad control, and an outdoor propane grill. A smart phone (with local service and data plan) can be provided on request.

Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler bag are also included with the rental. The swimming pool can be heated for a fee of $250 per week.

For parents travelling with infants and young toddlers, the property managers can arrange for a traveler crib/pack n' play and highchair for your convenience.

Although this property is offered self-catered, housekeeping services, private chefs and provisioning, and other resources are always available for an additional charge.

We live on island, within a 10-minute drive of Fond Memories. We are professional property managers and always available to assist should you need us but do like to give our guests the privacy they deserve on holiday.

Fond Memories is just a 3-minute walk downhill to charming Governor’s Harbour, where 19th-century homes and churches overlook the bay. Stroll to the town dock for fresh-caught fish and lobster, visit the historic Haynes Library (1897), or explore local grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, bakeries, gift shops, a dive shop, and ATM services. Don’t miss the famous Friday Night Fish Fry, where locals and visitors come together for food, drinks, and dancing on the beach!

At Fond Memories, we aim to provide our guests with an eco-friendly rental experience. We care about the environment and use plant-based, chemical-free cleaning products, LED lighting, recycled paper products, and provide reusable grocery bags to reduce waste.
