Tall Pines Beach House, Mount Dutton Bay. Beachfront paradise.
Absolute beachfront location at beautiful Mount Dutton Bay on the Eyre Peninsula. Absolute beachfront! FABULOUS REVIEWS!! Our front yard is a beautiful, safe, shallow beach which, at times will be all yours. The backyard has a fantastic veranda with views across Mount Dutton and natural bushland with kangaroos, emus and Coffin Bay Brumby's. If you want easy access to some of the best fishing, surfing and relaxation in SA with your dog by your side? Then... this beach house is it!
The Beach House sleeps 6 guests (extra bedding can be arranged), with sea views from the master bedroom, lounge, kitchen and even from the double spa! 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 outdoor entertaining areas makes it easy for everyone to enjoy plenty of space.
Quality linen is included in the price of your stay. Everything is done, so all you will need to do on arrival is sit back, relax and enjoy the view!
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm! (which hopefully is fresh seafood!) and you will always find a stock of the essential items in the pantry - just in case you forget something.

“Dutton” is a wonderful small community that is part of the Coffin Bay waterways. The world renowned fishing of Farm Beach (the most beautiful beach in Australia, but keep that quiet) is only 5 minutes away by road.
Other attractions in the local area include: Coffin Bay (10 mins by boat), Coffin Bay National Park (some great 4 WD), Gallipoli Beach (where the movie was made), Greenly Beach, Coles Point, many oyster farms, numerous unspoiled beaches, rock pools, bushwalks with amazing views, a very quirky antique shop, great surf (left and right hand) just 20 minutes away.
We are dog friendly, by negotiation, to friendly outside dogs (the yard is fully fenced). This is also dog paradise.
You may even find a bottle of Mike's famous Tall Pines Beach House Pale Ale or a bottle of wine to enjoy when you arrive. OUR REVIEWS TELL IT ALL......THIS REALLY IS PARADISE!!

It really is a special place!
We stayed with friends and their kids for the weekend. It was such a safe gated place for kiddies. We had the best weekend and so grateful to the host for being so accommodating. We would like to make this a regular place to stay and visit!
Exactly as advertised - a great family retreat on the beach front. We had a great time at Tall Pines and will revisit again. Lots of activities in the area including fishing. Kathy and Mike are great hosts.

Our family had an absolute ball staying at Tall Pines for the weekend! Kathy & her family have well & truly thought of everything to comfortably accommodate young families. We were blown away with the location & stunning views. Such a homey place with plenty of room- we all well & truly relaxed! We will definitely be back to make more great family memories!
Communication with Kathy was excellent. Really appeciated the coffee/marshmallows etc left for us.
The property could do with some TLC regarding maintenance though.

We aim to ensure a great experience for everyone Vanessa. Thank you. Maintenance highlighted was easily rectified. Thanks for bringing a couple of things to our attention. We even found a tennis ball for your next visit!
We booked this place because all holiday rentals in Coffin Bay are booked out. This turned out to be such a gem! So peaceful and beautiful! The serenity of the bay will be forever in our memory!

This property was exactly as described. A gorgeous location for rest and relaxation. Everything at your fingertips if you want to explore, and everything available if you want peace and quiet. We would recommend Tall Pines to anyone wishing to explore the EP.
A very relaxing place, with views to calm the soul and reinvigorate the body by doing as little as possible.
We drove around (can walk) to the opposite side where there was a place named after a man who used to take care of it. A place to sit, fish, or take a bottle and chill.
Highly recommend for just a couple or a family, beds were comfy too, Thanks Kathy and Mike.

Wonderful to hear that you loved the serenity Mo.
You, Dave and your UK visitors were fabulous guests. Thank you!
Venue on beach front was perfect for relaxing with stunning views and early morning kayaking. Beautiful beaches close by. House offered everything you need and many more pleasant facilities like the spa bath and well fitted out kitchen. Gift basket on arrival was generous. Any questions were answered promptly. Plenty of books, games and dvd's to keep you busy when too cold or too hot outside. Highly recommend this accommodation.

A great part of SA!
Our family had a great time at Tall Pines. The holiday house is a true beach house, right on the sand of Mt Dutton bay. The owners have provided everything you could need in the property to enjoy your stay. Close to Coffin Bay, Farm Beach, national parks and other exploring opportunities. The personalised, hand written note (2 pages!) on arrival was a lovely touch, and included a number of suggested places to visit, including some fishing tips (we also took a boat). Highly recommend a visit to Greenly Beach rock pools for a swim on a warm day. Thanks for a great stay.

You are very welcome James. Great to hear you had a fabulous time. This really is a beautiful part of the world!
Hope to see you again
Comfortable older style property with all mod cons clean with a spectacular outlook.
One small gripe. Very aggressive magpies in the pines. A hat outdoors is essential. Maybe a gentle warning so visitors know to wear a hat.
There are very few times in this modern world where what you see advertised actually meets and exceeds what you saw.
This is one of them .
This place, area, lovely home, the views.
My son and i loved it.
The house has everything.
The host Kathy was fantastic.
Very informative about all the amenities, what to see and do around the area.
One of the few times ive said ill be back.
Thank you.
We have named our stay away at Tall Pines, the "Dog's Holiday". Our 7 month old Rough Collie (Lassie dog) had the absolute time of his life, especially forming a close bond with a neighbour’s Lab. We caught King George Whiting right in front of the house, cooked them on coals on the beach fire pit, taught the puppy to ride the kayak and kayaked with dolphins. The weather was winter and we had travelled and ferried through record rains and temps in Wallaroo and Adelaide (from Melb) but we managed to fit a lot in in 4 days. If you are passing through Port Lincoln, do a big shop. The IGA at Coffin Bay was under stocked (maybe bc of winter). Lunch at Oyster HQ was good. The restaurant ‘1802’ was closed. Walks to the coastal reserve were beautiful. We only just started to wind down when it was time to 'wind it up' again. I can imagine in the warmer months, this would be heaven. The house had everything we needed. Thanks Kathy!
