This property backs up to 3 other of our properties. The back yard privacy fence has a corridor for access to the other 3 properties. This would be perfect for large groups that would require more space than what this house provides. Between the 4 houses would accommodate up to 93 guests. This private home was custom built to offer our renters a high end luxury home for an ultimate vacation experience.

This beautiful, spacious home offers 7 bedrooms (2 of them are master suites) and 6 bathrooms. Each room has its own TV and is beautifully decorated. With a total of 4000 sqft., this home can sleep up to 24 and has a spacious great room just off of the modern kitchen. With a dining room, eat in kitchen and kitchen island with bar style seating there is plenty of room for dining.

The back Screen enclosure is complete with outdoor furniture for your own private resort . You will find yourself spending hours enjoying the private, heated hot tub that cascades into a beautiful salt water swimming pool. There is also a bathroom outside by the pool!! The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Ask at Booking~ The pool starts at 3' and the deepest goes to 5'. The back yard also offers a professional installed beach volleyball court which is sure to bring hours of family fun as well as horse shoes, tether ball, putting green and Bocce Ball.

The back yard is enclosed with a privacy fence which is great if you choose to bring your pet. We do have a Pet Fee of $35.00 per day, per dog. Max of 2 dogs per stay. Pets are not allowed on Gulf Shore Beaches. However, pets are allowed at Gulf State Park and Fort Morgan Beach which is a 20 minute drive.

paper products and toiletries are guest responsibilities.
*We DO NOT supply any food, drinks or spices.
* We supply all the balls and horse shoes for the private amenities except golf clubs
and balls for the putting green.
* Fireplace not for guest use.
* Pool cleaning is scheduled on Saturdays. We cannot control if this day gets moved
due to weather or special situations. We appreciate your understanding.
* Lawn maintenance is scheduled on Fridays. We cannot control if this day gets
moved due to weather or special situations. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer smart TV's in each room. No cable or streaming service is provided. Subscriptions are at renter's expense. There is an app called FREE TV to view at no cost to guest.
