2 bedrooms with double berth and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Extra beds on request.

Outdoor terrace with barbecue vegetable pergola, garden furniture provided.

8 * 4 pool on raised ground with alarm for our children, shaded and closed of 1000 m2, with olive trees, exterior lighting and automatic watering.
Pool House with sunbeds provided.

Parking on front of the house for 2 cars, quiet neighborhood.

Nice villa. Good location.

Property is well lived in but nicely tidied for our stay. Garden is pretty and well maintained. Ideally suited to a family of 4 due to number of sunbeds, dining chairs, coffee mugs etc.. Great location for supermarket, Aix markets, Avant Cap shopping, south coast. I would recommend.

Exquisite Villa & Perfect Host

The villa was really beautiful, spacious, quiet and private. The garden and pool was exquisite. The whole villa was impeccably presented. Great care had been taken to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house was equipped with everything one would need and more. Claude was amazing. He met us on our arrival, showed us how everything worked. Took us on a tour of the town to show us where everything was and provided information on local events and trips. He provided all kinds of toys and baby equipment. The villa is perfectly situated and Claude is the perfect host! This has been one of the best stays stays we have had.

Séjour très agréable

Notre séjour fût très agréable dans Cette paisible Villa. La famille, les grands comme les petits ont profités de la magnifique piscine. Monsieur Claude nous a communiqué tous les bons endroits à visiter en Provence. Attention: prendre soin de prévoir les frais de nettoyage.

Le repos total

On a passé des très bonnes vacances dans la propriété de Claude qui nous a chaleureusement accueillit à notre arrivé. La villa est bien située dans une zone très calme et son jardin avec piscine, palmier et oliviers nous a toute de suite donné le sentiment méditerrané recherché. Une haie autour du jardin offrait le ‘privacy’ voulu. La terrasse couverte nous a permis de manger dehors tout le temps. La villa était très propre quand on l’a repris. Bouc Bel Air est tout prêt d’Aix en Provence, la mer Méditerranée et le bel étang de Berre. On a bien su se reposer ce qui était le but recherché de notre voyage. Certainement à refaire si on voyage encore sans notre petit chien !

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille dans la maison de Claude ! Elle est idéalement située en Provence, elle nous a permis à la fois une déconnexion de la ville mais en même temps une proximité d'une multitude de lieux à visiter. La propreté de la maison est irréprochable. Nous avons pu passer de très agréables moments dans le jardin si soigné, autour de la piscine. En résumé, un excellent séjour préparé avec tellement de soin par notre hôte.

Maison très agréable.

Maison très agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle, spacieuse, calme avec un beau jardin et sa piscine. Proche commerces, proche Aix en Provence. Situation géographique idéale pour la visite de nombreux sites touristiques . A savoir, l'annonce ne précise pas les frais de ménage qui ne sont pas compris dans le prix de la location. Voir avec Claude.
