LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! FANTASTIC VIEW!!! This property is located in the heart of Surf City, USA, Huntington Beach, CA. It has a fabulous view of the ocean and pier and is steps away from the beach. This property is walking distance to palm tree lined Main Street with all it's numerous restaurants and shops. Once your car is parked in the underground parking garage, you will not have to move it unless venturing out to explore Southern California. This property is located 20 minutes from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and Angel's Stadium (home of the Los Angeles Angels) and approximately 60 minutes away from Universal Studios, San Diego and a host of other major attractions. Catalina Island, voted the most "Romantic Island" in the world by Travel & Leisure, is only 1 hour away by boat and 15 minutes away by helicopter.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has all the amenities and is located on the 2nd floor. The unit is accessible from the parking garage by an elevator. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the sofa in the main room pulls out to a bed. Full kitchen, gas fireplace, dining area, laundry room (with washer & dryer). There is a 70" flat screen TV in the main room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. Both televisions are wall mounted. Wifi is included. The balcony is perfect for watching the waves and relaxing!! There is an extra large jacuzzi in the complex with a great view of the ocean and sunsets.

Huntington Beach is known world wide for its surfing as it hosts the US Open every year. There are volleyball courts on the sand for those interested in some beach volleyball . The downtown has a friendly, small town feel with many shops and restaurants. The brand new Pacific City offers even more shops and restaurants. All is an easy walk away.

Huntington Beach is connected to the neighboring communities of Seal Beach and Newport Beach by a continuous bike path along the beach. Take a ride to Newport Beach to see the surfers and boogie boarders at the world famous Wedge.

This is a very quiet property great for families, honeymooners, and all vacationers. This property is a monthly rental only and is a non-smoking property.

Amazing stay!!

We have stayed at this property in the past and are never disappointed. The unit is beautiful, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Ronda and Rolf are the ultimate hosts with many suggestions of what to do and where to eat in the area. They are always available to answer any questions you may have. You will fall in love with Huntington Beach and want to return regularly as we do!!

Very nice home with great views and unbeatable sunsets!

This was a nice home with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is full of great shopping, quaint restaurants and of course the beaches and pier. The best part is everything is within walking distance! You couldn't ask for a safer building and the parking garage is great (it fit our full size truck easily.) The Rolniki's were lovely hosts and if we ever come back to the area we would definitely stay again. I hope if you are considering a stay in this area you will enjoy it as much as our family!

Elegance and Comfort with Ocean View

Thanks so much for offering guests such an elegant and comfortable oceanfront beach home. Kinda special being steps away from surfers’ paradise with waves gently crashing unto Huntington Beach’s expansive shoreline. What a pleasure it has been to take a daily walk along the surf! I have truly enjoyed this quiet beach town and the laid-back Southern California vibe. Bonus: the condo was equally tranquil. The building must be extremely well-insulated and constructed because there is virtually no noise from the street or neighbors. I felt completely at home in front of the cozy warm fireplace. Everything about the condo was perfect. And thanks to Rolf and Ronda for being so helpful and accommodating. It was clear special attention was paid to the fine details—the timers on the appliances, the door codes, the double security lock—all add to the comfort and easy living environment. And the beds were super comfy and the bedroom dark—excellent for getting a good night’s sleep. Enjoyed the tasteful décor with plush living room furniture and a mahogany dining room set—upscale. And the bath was fabulous—a great way to relax and unwind. To top it all off, everything was super clean! I loved staying here, and look forward to coming back. Getting around is easy on bicycle because there are lots of bike lanes and the city is more or less flat. It’s a 15-minute ride to the grocery store up Lake Street. I found no need for a car because the condo is so well-situated near the CVS drugstore, where you can get most necessities. Tuesday evening you can pick up veggies at the Main Street Market. On weekends, local artisans show their work at the pier. While being ideally located within gorgeous Huntington Beach, this ocean-view condo is quiet, classy, and comfortable. Six stars!

Wonderful stay!

I spent one month in this lovely condo and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect …steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping. Great Condo in Huntington Beach

Excellent condo in Huntington Beach. The owners greeted me at check and and showed me around the place which was much appreciated. They also followed up several times to make sure everything was OK. The condo was very neat and clean and in good working order. Great location. Across the road from beach and in walking distance Main Street and pier for shopping and restuarants. I would stay here again on a return visit.

Wonderful ocean front condo in the best location, short walk to the pier and downtown. We have stayed in Huntington Beach for the past five years and this was by far the best! Our hosts were extremely accommodating and we hope to return next year!

Extraordinary experience !!

This property is simply awesome. The location is fantastic right next to downtown Huntington Beach and the view is wonderful. We walked to town often. Every morning we looked off the balcony to check the surf. Secure parking made everything better for us to come and go even on crowded weekends. The unit was very clean when we checked in and the in-unit laundry is so convenient. Rolf and Ronda were wonderful, very responsive owners throughout our entire two month stay.

We had everything we needed! Perfect location especially for shopping and eating out most nights!! Our son stayed over two nights to make his Mom happy!! Yes, we have owned this property for over 16 years and we still love it! We know you will too! We grew up in the Midwest so when we moved to California, we knew that we wanted a place at the beach with a view of the water. Our family has spent many weekends in Huntington Beach and our children have grown up surfing here. We live about 30 minutes away so we are close in case of emergencies.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this unit when it was brand new and our unit was the model for the complex. We decided on purchasing this unit because of the view. It is hard to beat!! I always feel like I am on vacation when I am in Huntington Beach.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to downtown, across the street from the beach, underground parking and of course the VIEW are the main reasons why we purchased this property.
