Ileden@ Lake Tyers Beach is located 300 m from the surf beach, 400 m from the tavern and 500 m from the lake and boat ramp.
The house has four large bedrooms, 1. Queen bed with flat screen tv and ensuite 2. Queen bed, 3. Double bed and double bunks, 4. Double bunk consisting of one double and one single bed, plus single bed.
The recently renovated kitchen / dining area includes a very large table that seats 10.
The lounge has a 65" flat screen tv and a library of books for your enjoyment.
The house is heated or cooled by 2 split system air conditioning units.
The 10.5 m solar heated pool, has the appropriate safety fencing all round.
The rear deck area has an outdoor kitchen / bbq area and outdoor furniture to relax on.
The rear yard has an off street parking / wash down area for your boat, there is also a lock up garage for your car.
Pets are welcome to stay.

Beautiful property, lots to do at the house as well as the area. We had a work in the area so was a bit of a working holiday, we had extra vehicles we needed space to park, they had plenty of room available and great communication to check measurements etc. Look forward to staying again for an actual holiday soon.

Clean and tidy house suitable for big family, with plenty of entertainments for kids. The owner is thoughtful and prepared easter eggs for us. We had a great holiday here

Holiday heaven!

We had a wonderful family reunion at this great property. It is a very spacious and comfortable house which is very well equipped for a large or a smaller group. Many places claim to cater for 10 and everyone is squished in but that is not the case here. The pool is fantastic and was well used. Glorious weather for us meant that we enjoyed all our meals outside on the great deck. The location was also a bonus. Being pet friendly was also very important for us.

Amazing family holiday

We loved our stay at this lovely property. There were four adults and four children who stayed and we had enough space to keep everyone more than happy. The kitchen was a great size for us all to be in. Outside the deck was fabulous. We loved the ping pong table in the garage and the pool was an absolute hit with us all. Made for such a fun and memorial time. The location was amazing close to the beach and peaceful. Sue and Warren were wonderful hosts and made the whole experience perfect. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful

A huge thank you to Warren and Sue for accommodating us at their lovely beach house for the long weekend in March. Warren was very kind in his communications, and the house is even better than captured in the pics. We went away with an 8 year old and the house was ideal. The pool is great - 1.1m to 1.9m over 10.4m- and there are pool things to use as well as so many indoor and outdoor games. Even though it was a top of 20-23 degrees while we were there, it was thankfully sunny, and by 2-3pm in the afternoon the solar heating system had worked its magic and the pool was great once you were in! Only thing to note is the closest beach access is quite steep, but there’s flat access just down the road out the front of the tavern which is also worth a visit. Thanks again Warren & Sue, we hope to come back again!

Fantastic property in an absolutely magnificent destination. We had the most relaxing week in a property that was perfect for our family (including the dog). Being able to walk along an Ocean beach each morning and be the only people in site, is amazing. Our 11 year-old son actually shed a tear as we packed up to leave. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful house with a huge solar heated pool. Lots for the kids to do. Everything was thought of. Warren is so helpful and very easy to deal with. The house was very clean beds were comfortable. We had a ball!

Fantastic stay — perfect for two families

We had the most wonderful break away from Melbourne. The house was clean, perfect size for two families (9 people). The location was ideal, walk to the pub for dinner, close to the beach for walks. Quick scenic drive into Lakes Entrance to stock up. We loved cooking meals in the kitchen, puzzles and movie nights. Warren was a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful. We’ll be back in summer to use the pool and enjoy the deck.

Expectations exceeded!

This holiday home is beautiful. Everything is in immaculate condition, inside and out. It is truly evident that it has been established and maintained to the highest of standards. We all felt so welcome and it had everything we needed. We stayed with 3 families plus all of our pets, yet everyone had their own space. Thanks to Warren and Sue for having us. We all would not hesitate to recommend! We look forward to returning one day.

Very nice house in a wonderful location

We really enjoyed Ileden and Warren's hospitality. Clear welcome instructions ahead of time, linen provided, Ben the caretaker showed us through the house, and Warren even left a fishing rod and some bait for us! The kids loved the pool - we were very lucky to get a couple of warm, sunny days and the solar pool heater kicked in. The beach and Lake Tyer is only a 5 minute walk away, and the Waterwheel pub 5 minutes as well. Four bedrooms, 2 with bunkbeds, meant there was plenty of space. We also enjoyed the toys provided - some for all age groups. We'd love to come back again - thanks Warren!
