As soon as you walk through the front door your focus is drawn directly to the panoramic view. It is difficult to concentrate on the modern features, the chic furnishings or even the beautifully designed infinity pool - the uninterrupted ocean view is breathtaking.
The entry-level flows through a large open plan living and dining area, gourmet kitchen that continues out to a furnished patio and infinity pool. The decor is modern, beachy and built for comfort.
Set up to cater to a large extended family, plenty of room for your kids and your pooch is welcome. A games room, also known as the 'man cave' is set up with a pool table, a second TV area, and kitchenette/bar.
Upstairs to the bedrooms, bathrooms and a large furnished balcony, a perfect choice for your afternoon sunset beverage. Enjoy the full moon sparkling over the ocean and the whales passing by in the winter months.
