Just finished in July 2017, Uncle Tom’s Cabin has spectacular views of Middleton Beach thanks to its million-dollar location opposite a reserve. The living room, dining area, kitchen, main bedroom, and of course, the big front porch, all enjoy unrestricted beach views.

The house has just been fully refurbished. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open plan living/dining area, this “shack” caters for up to 6 people in absolute comfort.

The owners have spared no expense on fitting out this property. Three brand new reverse-cycle split system units have been installed – one in the living/dining area, one in the main bedroom, and one in the second bedroom. The windows have been double-glazed to maximise year-round comfort and peace. The mattresses are brand new and ultra-comfortable. There are wall-mounted TVs in the main living area and the main bedroom. Fast NBN Wi-Fi is included + Netflix! There is a Nespresso coffee machine for that early-morning caffeine fix! For beachgoers, there is an outdoor shower on the back deck – with both hot and cold water! A brand-new gas HWS has been installed to ensure guests never run out of hot water. And did we mention the views?

This is the quintessential Middleton beach “shack” with the vibe of yesteryear and all the comforts and style of 2017. What a perfect pet-friendly holiday retreat!

Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 6):

Main Bedroom: King Bed (Sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Third Bedroom: 2 Single/Single Bunk Beds* (Sleeps 2, *bottom bunk beds only)
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

100% Pet-Friendly
The backyard has been fully fenced with 1.5m Colorbond, and there is a kid-proof gate between the front and rear yards. The front and back yards have wide expanses of turf and new landscaping. The backyard is huge and perfect for a game of backyard cricket!

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate
