Set within the tranquil Casuarina precinct With tree-lined filtered views, this beautifully designed and decorated 4 bedroom home with 2 ensuites, a shared bathroom and a powder room offers open-plan living with a modern kitchen, dining and lounge area that flows effortlessly onto the patio and outdoor entertaining space, complete with spa and BBQ. an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful natural outlook.

Perfectly positioned, The Holiday Retreat is just a short stroll from Nineteen restaurant and bar, as well as The Vintage estate facilities. Enjoy access to: A 25-metre lap pool, Day/night tennis courts, A fully equipped gym, Children`s playground, Acres of scenic parkland and walking trails

Located in the heart of Pokolbin and just minutes from the surrounding Lovedale and Rothbury wine regions, you`re perfectly placed to explore the best of the Hunter Valley. From boutique wineries and cellar doors to acclaimed restaurants, charming cafes, and even hot air ballooning or off-road adventures there"s something here for every kind of traveller.

Fantastic property

Excellent home with all the creature comforts. Fantastic yard for our puppy to run about in as well. Great access to golf club & facilities & excellent walking paths. All over great place to stay & we will be back, thanks!

Great weekend away

The home was excellent; comfortable and well-appointed. There were a couple of lights not working and the property manager was extremely responsive and fixed them within a couple of hours. Location is great for wineries and attractions of the area.

Great option for family and dog

We enjoyed our stay at vino e golf. It was really dog friendly for our 4 legged friend with a dog door and enclosed backyard. All bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen also had great utensils and supplies. We had a minor issue with using the barbecue but the property manager was helpful in sorting this out for us. Lovely fire pit and backs onto a nice green space. Overall really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Wonderful gem in Pokolbin

A beautiful modern, airy and bright place in the Vintage complex in Pokolbin. Perfect location to be based for exploration around the Hunter Valley, make use of the complex's pool and tennis court and to enjoy relaxing in the lounge and dining area, backyard and firepit. An outstanding place, highly recommended.
