Great location in a comfortable house

Perfect for our requirements with 2 kids and a dog. The kids loved the big garden and roasting marshmallows on the firepit as well as the pool table. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. It really was everything we needed for a relaxing break.

Very nice stay

It was the perfect size for the number of people and very cosy and comfortable. The kids loved the games room. A few things missing from the kitchen drawers like a vegetable peeler and a broom for sweeping the floors, but otherwise a great stay.

Clean, newly renovated property with comfortables beds. We stayed here over the xmas and ny holidays. Open kitchen, dining and living makes it great space to enjoy with the family. Lovely hosts. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a base to explore the Hunter Valley wineries.

Our HV - Cessnock Family Retreat

My family and I loved this property. A beautiful modernised rustic aesthetic. Huge backyard, bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. Great living space for a family and fully equipped kitchen. Great location, close to the Hunter Valley vineyards. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

We are impressed with the design and cleanliness of the house. Bathrooms are stylish and very clean. We also enjoyed the entrainment provided in this house plus the cost is affordable!!! Overall, we enjoyed staying in this house and will definitely recommend to others!!!

Great Hunter Valley getaway.

The property has been beautifully updated. Comfortably fitted a large family group. Location is great as only a short drive into Cessnock and Hunter Valley. Communication with owners was very easy and prompt and all requests were not a problem. The games room and fire pit are fun additions. Definitely recommend.

Lovely place to spend the weekend. Beautiful home- modern, spacious and clean. Air conditioned in living open plan area. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Four minute drive to Cessnock for coffee. 15 minute drive to wineries.

Born in Mudgeee NSW i moved to Cessnock and met my now wife Jade when I was 17 we married 7 years later and now have 4 kids all being raised in Cessnock, our eldest daughter is 11 and we have 3 boys, 9,6 and 3 we love the beach and spending time outside.

I love that the town is quite and the school are great, we have everything we need here it’s a safe and cost effective place to raise our family.
