Enjoy a unique Punta cana Lifesyle experience in this beautiful Colonial villa with direct view to la Cana Golf Course, a PB Dye design. Located at 10 mn. drive from the International Airport, we can organize your arrival and departure transportation if needed.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed as well as the two other bedrooms on the second floor, while the forth bedroom located on the first floor features two single beds. All rooms include air conditioning, flat-TV screen, private bathroom and walk-in closet.
Fully equipped kitchen, private courtyard with swimming pool .
Guests renting from homeowners inside the gates of Punta Cana Resort have access to Restaurants, Pools and Beaches ( Except the Westin and Tortuga Bay pool and Beach) resort amenities such as spa, the Beach Club.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful. Our concierge, Julissa, was fantastic! She was in constant communication prior to our arrival, at the house upon our arrival, and checked in with us each morning. She was able to secure dinner reservations, golf tee times, groceries, and even arranged for massages at the house! Our housekeeper, Juanna, was so sweet and anticipated our every need. She spoiled us! Loved our time in DR!

Beautiful villa with a gracious and helpful host!

My extended family of 10 stayed at Villa Pashmina for the New Year holiday week in 2017/2018. The Villa was beautiful - tastefully decorates, clean and spacious. As good if not better than the photos. But what really made the experience a good one was Stephane’s attentiveness and going the extra mile to set up every detail. We needed a chef - done, we needed extra golf carts - done. This has been an annual trip for my family for years - we go to various destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean - and I have to say that Stephane’s level of service and made this one of the best, if not the best, experiences. We would definitely go back! Now if only there was a direct flight from SF to Punta Cana, we would be back more often!

My family (wife, sister-in-law, two kids age 4 and 2) stayed at this villa for 5 nights in February. The manager, Stephane, was very helpful with all of our questions and helping to arrange transportation from the airport, golf cart rental, and the chef prior to our arrival. The villa was immaculate inside and out, and had a nice Punta Cana ocean breeze blowing through the open floor plan all day. It was centrally located - about a 5 minute walk (or 1 min golf cart ride) to the beach club, Tortuga Hotel, and the totally private beach (our hangout) between the two. And when you want to just lounge by the villa pool with a Presidente in-hand, the La Cana 2nd hole tee box is off the back yard for some entertainment. Juanna, the live-in maid was fantastic and I may never be able to go on a vacation without her again. She kept the place clean (even with the two kids), daily laundry, and had some occasional snacks/fruit for us. She would then retreat back to her room at night and you wouldn't even know she was there. We also arranged (through Stephane) a private chef for 2 days/nights. Highly recommend - the food was fantastic. This was our first trip to Punta Cana and won't be my last. The whole experience made for the perfect vacation getaway. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone considering.

3rd Times a Charm

Another fabulous trip to “our villa” Pashmina in Tortuga Bay! This was our third visit and we couldn’t feel more at home. This being our second visit in 9 months. Juana the caretaker was waiting to welcome us back as we stepped from the car. She and Martin the chef had helped us with our belongings, settling us in for the amazing lunch they had prepared and ready for us. We continue to returned to this villa for many reasons, most which I have probably mentioned in past reviews. First and foremost is the ease of renting with such a reliable owner. As soon as we inquire about availability, Stephane is quick to reply and assist with any questions we have or arrangements we may request. We appreciate his attention to detail and effort to assure we have the best experience. We are always happy to know that Juana will be accompanying us during our stay, it is like visiting with an old friend who is happy to help make us feel comfortable and relaxed. We also highly recommend that arrangements to be made for a chef to prepare daily meals and stock the kitchen with requested food. Martin and Juana make a perfect team and we feel very lucky to have had them available for all of our visits. We are a family of 6 and it was the perfect amount of space for us. The house is beautifully appointed and the outdoor space is as wonderful and comfortable as the inside. Its where we spend most of our time when visiting. The outdoor living space is maintained as meticulously as the inside with Juana making sure the pool cushions and pillows are cleaned off and there are always clean towels close by. The yard has beautiful foliage and well maintained and there is also someone who comes to clean the pool on a daily basis. We have been fortunate to have traveled to some amazing places around the world but when we are looking to get away to truly relax and enjoy family time this is where we want to be. Many thanks to Stephane and his family for sharing there house with us, we hope to return again sometime soon!

Beautiful villa on La Cana golf course

The villa is beautiful, spacious, very clean and right on the golf course. Housekeeper (Juana) is wonderful and so sweet and the house manager (Stephane) was very responsive and helpful. Several restaurants and beaches are accessible via golf cart and the village is easily accessible via shuttle from the Westin. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Villa Pashmina.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We went on family trip to Punta Cana and stayed at the Villa Pashmina. The villa is absolutely beautiful and immaculate, very bright and airy. The bedrooms were big and comfortable. The pool was cleaned daily and it was just so relaxing to sit outside. Stephane was very informative and helpful throughout our process. Very quick to respond to all my emails and concerns. It was a plus to have someone waiting for us at the airport and whisk us away to the Villa. We hired a chef to make us breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was the best thing for our family. Chef Melvin was an amazing cook and we all raved about everything he prepared. We gave him a standing ovation the last night we were there. We are already missing his meals. Juana the housekeeper was very sweet and attentive to our needs. She kept the house clean and had fresh towels for us to take to the beach everyday. We rented two golf carts (which is necessary unless you are renting a car )to take us back and forth to the beach Playa Blanca which was just beautiful and the grounds inside Tortuga Bay. Everything was perfect that we didn't want to leave. Already planning to go back next year.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We recently stayed at Villa Pashmina (12/26-1/2). Upon arrival, the house was exactly as pictured. Open, airy, and clean.The housekeeper greeted us with welcome fruit as well. All the bedrooms had AC and flat screen TVS. We vacationed with our 6 year-old son and another couple with their 7 year-old and 3 year-old. The house was roomy and very comfortable for all of us. It was easy to be out by the pool while kids stayed under veranda or inside playing. We hired a chef for the duration of our stay after 1 or 2 meals out. The restaurants are overpriced and not that great. We went with a chef who prepared 3 meals a day for the 7 of us. They did the grocery shopping etc. It couldn't have been easier! Stephane was a lovely host, checking in on us as well. He even delivered my son's stuffed animal to the airport after we left it at the house! He was also very accessible during our stay. The house is kept very well...the maid does sheets and towels daily. The pool man came daily, and the chef kept the kitchen stocked and tidy. Great place for kids...there is petting zoo, zip lining, swimming with dolphins, water sports to name a few. I also suggest getting a golf cart...it's the best way to get to beach, La Cana, etc. I highly recommend this house and we hope to return again next year!

The most relaxing family vacation ever

We stayed at this beautiful home for a sun filled, fun filled week in mid-March. My wife and I and four college aged kids stayed for the week. The home was the perfect place to stay and enjoy the spectacular surroundings. Our last night we had a drink at La Cana beach club before dinner, which was absolutely beautiful at sunset. My wife asked everyone, if they could change anything about the trip, what would it be. The only thing they could come up with was that they would have skipped dinner at Playa Blanca and had that dinner at the house as well! We went for a week of rest and relaxation from work, college studies and snow. With the incredibly comfortable living arrangements, beautiful furnishings and spacious bedrooms we were set. And then we meet Juana and Melvin!! Juana made sure the house was clean and neat all the time and was a pleasure to have around. As we decided to hire a cook for our stay, Melvin became a part of the family for the week and made our time in the DR perfect. The plates of fruit in the morning, the beautiful lunch salads and the fresh guacamole and ceviche after returning from the beach, golf and tennis was perfect. Only to be outdone by the special dinners we shared every night. We would not change a thing about our time in Punta Cana and we very much look forward to returning again very soon. It will be easy to plan as we know where we will be staying!!

FABULOUS!!!!

Anyone considering renting this Villa will not be disappointed! My family and I spent a week in this beautiful home and had a fabulous experience! We have traveled all over the world staying in both five star resorts as well as privately owned Villas. As anyone who travels knows, some experiences are far better than others. While I have had the fortune of staying in some amazing places, this Villa has been added to my list of favorites! The Villa is beautifully appointed and comes well equipped with anything you may need. It is meticulously maintained and very clean!!! From the time we started making arrangements for our trip, Stephane was most accommodating. He went out of his way to make arrangements with us to assure we had everything we would need for a fabulous vacation. We had arranged for a Cook to stay the week and prepare all our meals as well as a maid who lived at the house to take care of all the house and laundry needs. Every meal we shared was amazing and the service went above all of our expectations. While we had prepared to venture off to some of the resort restaurants, we were so comfortable and pleased with our Villa surroundings we never left for any meals. We did leave to play golf several days and were only a short walking distance from the Ecological preserve that we visited almost daily! We also enjoyed our private pool that was also meticulously maintained on a daily basis. We also arranged to have a golf cart for the week and I would recommend this for getting back and forth to the beach resort or restaurants if you have any interest in leaving the Villa. I can't say enough about our experience and look forward to our next visit!
