Situated directly on the lagoon in Graham Avenue you will have direct access to swimming, boating, kayaking and the river walking trail.
Great care has been taken in the recent renovation and styling of this home. The Scandinavian theme of the interiors is stylish, comfortable and practical with great attention paid to the little details that make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
Our home is situated beside permanent residents and all prospective renters are required to strictly adhere to our noise guidelines which stipulate no loud music can be played at any time during the day or night.
It is not available for bookings for parties and gatherings such as Bucks or Hens events or large parties.
There can be no more than 8 persons staying overnight without prior consent from the owners.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking.
No tents, caravans or camping facilities of any kind are to be erected or parked on the property at any time.
Non-compliance with any of these conditions will result in forfeiture of the bond and/or immediate eviction.

Beautifully presented house that is well stocked and perfect for a family stay. Hosts are very helpful and the whole process was simple and straightforward. Would highly recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Beautifully set up with all you need. We were 2 families (4 adults & 4 children) which worked perfectly although it sleeps 10 comfortably. The owners have thought of everything you may need, it's seriously a "home away from home". It has also been furnished so nicely that it makes you feel extra comfortable & relaxed. We have stayed at many houses along the Bundalong Waterfront & we truly loved this house the best. The view is stunning & just the overall vibe is what you need in a holiday house. Looking forward to staying more in the future.

Very comfortable and well equipped whether it was a lazy day under the aircon with the the river view or back and forth to the jetty for boating all day. Would highly recommend to anyone and we would definitely like to stay here again - thanks Jo.

Clean, neat and very relaxing!
This house is just perfect. The decor is beautiful, we all wanted to put each piece of furniture and artwork in our own homes. Everything is exceptionally clean and neat. Anything that could possibly want, is there. We couldn't pull ourselves away from the the back deck watching over the beautiful water views and listening to the birds talk. A most perfect stay for our 'Mum's weekend away'. We will be definitely booking again!!

Thank you for letting your home, the house is in a perfect spot with breath taking views and access to the water.
Inside the home is just as nice, beautifully renovated, great kitchen and bathroom, clean, modern comfy beds and enough room for all.
We will definitely be back, next time will have to be for a few weeks!
