Such a great place if you have a group of people. Fits everyone in their own bed. Great spaces to lounge and talk, eat, watch the sunrise, store bikes in the garage and have a lovely spa. Host communicates quickly.. i had such a great weekend with good friends for my birthday. Close to town and amenities.

Great house for our mid winter Christmas. Lovely views. Plenty of parking. Well stocked kitchen. Children loved the bunk room. Even though a freezing weekend, the wood burner got the living area toasty warm. Great communication from host. Only minus was that some furnishings were a bit tired but that is probably due to the sun which streams in.

We stayed here with a group of family and friends and it was perfect. Convenient to the center of town while also quiet, and the spot on the hill gave an amazing view of the lake. Dream kitchen, cozy common areas.

Ideal Spot for Families

We loved staying at this property. There was ample room for all three families and we loved the downstairs area for the kids. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we come back to Rotorua. Thanks heaps

Amazing home for families to stay

Amazing house

This property is wonderful. The location and views are stunning. Its sunny, spacious and the kitchen is brand new. The beds and bedding are lovely and the spa pool was a delight after a day mountain biking. Thanks for a great stay!

Handy to everywhere and suitable for a large group

Had my husbands family come to Rotorua and the house suited us perfectly! The house was spacious and the kitchen was awesome! Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling with a large group!

Great place for a family holiday

We had 3 generations for our family holiday and the house was great for us all !! We had a minor problem with the air con unit and the property manager was immediately responsive and so helpful. Definately recommend.
