Come to Turtle Bay for rest & relaxation. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the screen porch or deck outside the master bedroom. This condominium is a 2 bedroom, 3 full bath condo with exceptional river & sunset views. The bedrooms each feature a single queen bed. The master bedroom is on the river side, while the secondary bedroom is on the street side. Renovated master bathroom has a stand-up shower & a soaking bath. There is a garage & carport with this unit, but only enough room to fit 2 vehicles, 1 inside the garage & 1 in the carport area. The pool & dock area are open to guests, but the boat lifts are not for guest use. Recent dock repairs, new living room furniture/tv/entertainment center, new master bedroom mattress, new chairs in master bedroom, & new washer & dryer.

Beautiful Views

This was our second time staying here and would definitely go back for a third. Beautiful views of the river, sunsets from the dock, and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great place!

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean & well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the view of the waterway from the screened in porch and my boys loved fishing off the pier. It was also a short walk into town, but away from all the traffic & noise. The property manager, Heather, was very communicative, prompt to respond to a question I had & so easy to deal with. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent place for family with 2-year old

The condo is roomy, spotless, beautifully designed, good location. Nicely furnished, except the sofa is worn out and not very comfy. The deck (with a light screen) is a great, safe play area for a little kid. Beach is close (go the back way!).

Folly Beach Staycation

I really enjoyed the location and space within the townhouse. I liked that the bedrooms were on the opposite sides of the condo. The 2 decks were awesome for relaxing and having the screened in porch was a plus. Parking was convenient. We walked to the beach and restaurants daily. The pool was clean.

Nothing Beats a Folly Sunset

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo was just as listed, and very comfortable. It was within an easy walking distance to the beach and Center St. We enjoyed watching the sun rise from the top deck, and most of all enjoyed the amazing Folly sunsets from the community dock. We’ll be back again.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Me, my wife, and our 11 week old baby stayed at this townhouse for five nights and it was simply wonderful! We hung out each morning on the screened in porch, eating our breakfast and admiring the view of the bay. The location is perfect; a 5 minute walk to the Folly Beach downtown, which contains numerous restaurants and a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. The townhouse itself is updated and very well kept. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful place with a great location

My family and I rented for a week and wish we had a more time to spend here. The location was perfect. Right on the inlet and only a few streets over from the beach. The views from the balcony were so peaceful. We even were able to see dolphins swimming in the inlet on two occasions. This place is perfect for fishing, dining, or just plain relaxing. The owners were very professional and prompt with instructions. Will definitely come back again.

Relaxing!

This is our second time staying here for Thanksgiving. We love this townhouse and area, even though it was a bit colder this time, but we still were able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the water views, even went down to the dock for the sun and read a bit on the swinging bench. All essentials are provided and everything is well stocked. We will be back! Thanks for sharing your home.

Very nicely appointed.

Pros: The property was very clean and well appointed. The master bathroom was gorgeous. Outdoor pool is small but very nice. Able to walk to beach and to all bars restaurants in town. Con: furniture in livingroom very worn and outdated. No beach chairs.

Best of all worlds - beach, town, and back bay!

This is our second week long stay and this rental is wonderful. Just steps from the community pool and boat dock for fishing. We walked to Center Street no problem in the evenings and a short golf cart rental ride to the beach. Would rent again. One critique is that there is no soap, dishwashing detergent or sponges to be had. Would be good if there was a starter kit of those things.

Folly 2020

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Turtle Bay. We LOVE the location. We had a slight issue with a new renovation, but I called Heather immediately and she was trying to resolve it. The issue couldn't be resolved during our stay, but the effort was there! We hope to return next year.

Great Place to Stay in Folly Beach

We were very happy with our stay. While it's not on the beach, we found the location even better. The beach can be windy and cool in the spring but the river was calm and less wind. GREAT views from the screened in porch and the balcony off the master bedroom. Watching the sunset on the docks is a must. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't yet open during our stay but it was pretty chilly (though kids don't care). Had everything that we sometimes find lacking in a rental ... cutting boards, sharp knives, plenty of pots and pans. Everything was clean when we arrived. Town and beach were a short 5 minute walk (if that). Overall great place to stay!

Wonderful Stay - 3 Story Condo

Very spacious to have the garage and carport parking options and large bedrooms. We could have brought 2 additional blowup queen mattresses and slept 4-6 more people! The view of the river helped us know if it was high or low tide. 10 min walk to beach access #3. Rented bikes made it even closer. Great location and it was awesome to have the dock handy for fishing & kayaks! The 2 porches were perfect. You can sunbath on the top level, and enjoy the screen/shade on the bottom. I almost backed out because the pictures don't do it justice, but I'm so glad we didn't. Would stay here again. Had zero issues.
