Come to Turtle Bay for rest & relaxation. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the screen porch or deck outside the master bedroom. This condominium is a 2 bedroom, 3 full bath condo with exceptional river & sunset views. The bedrooms each feature a single queen bed. The master bedroom is on the river side, while the secondary bedroom is on the street side. Renovated master bathroom has a stand-up shower & a soaking bath. There is a garage & carport with this unit, but only enough room to fit 2 vehicles, 1 inside the garage & 1 in the carport area. The pool & dock area are open to guests, but the boat lifts are not for guest use. Recent dock repairs, new living room furniture/tv/entertainment center, new master bedroom mattress, new chairs in master bedroom, & new washer & dryer. Maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 persons.

***The pool is currently undergoing renovations & plans to be re-opened April-May depending on weather setbacks***

The townhouse was immaculate. The view is amazing and it is so quiet, even though you are only a few blocks from "downtown" Folly. Great restaurants in the area. The only problem was the ice maker in the fridge did not work. Other than that, it is a lovely place to stay. The pool is right out the garage backdoor and to the left. Very convenient. It is the first time we chose a marsh view instead of oceanfront. We will do it again. Thank you.

This condo was in a great location. The views were gorgeous. The layout was perfect for us, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry upstairs and kitchen, living room and bathroom downstairs. It is an easy walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Folly Beach has a cool retro vibe and is lots of fun. Heather, the Manager, is very responsive to all questions. We had a great time! Oh, and the pool is just steps away.

The only thing I was not used to was there were no cleaning items at all. Had to buy laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, etc etc. No food condiments or spices at all, which is fine. Salt and pepper shouldn't be a hard thing to do though. Otherwise fantastic

We love being on the river and Turtle Bay is the perfect place to do that while still being close to the beach and Center St. This unit was clean and comfortable and the owner was very responsive. We hated to leave!
