The home has waterfront balconies and a jetty so you can be picked up directly from this home for a cruise on our waterways. This home provides you with resort style year round indoor/outdoor entertaining.

This home is situated in a fantastic location in Surfers Paradise and encompasses all that is great about living on the Gold Coast. It is within close proximity to Surfers Paradise shopping, restaurants and beach. You can use public transport, including the GLink to travel to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair.
The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.

Coolangatta Airport is a 35 minute drive and Brisbane a 60 minute drive

The property is not a 'party house' and these activities are strictly prohibited. By relevant Gold Coast laws these prohibited activities are defined as 'parties, including, for example, bucks nights, hens nights, raves, wedding receptions or similar parties.' No guests or visitors have permission to enter, remain or engage in any such prohibited activities at the property. Minimum age to hire the property must be 20 years or older.
We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, RIVERFRONT REFLECTIONS has a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. As RIVERFRONT REFLECTIONS is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" From 9pm to 8am.
If security is called to the property over a noise complaint, and the complaint is deemed to be valid, you will be evicted from the property, and you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining nights. If you refuse to leave the property in a timely manner (time to pack your belongings and exit the property) when instructed to do so, you will lose your Bond, and police will be called to aid in the eviction.

We enjoyed our stay here - a lovely house, in a lovely location. The outlook was stunning. Perfect for our family get-together. A BBQ and a few more serving dishes would be a good addition. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend others do too. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

This is a beautiful house with amazing views of the canal/water and the Surfers Paradise buildings lit up at night are spectacular. Everything you could want in a holiday house - easy check in; all amenities work well; great double garage; TVs in every room; very quiet location. Had a great holiday and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous home in a prime location. Had everything we needed and is easily walkable to loads of things to do and a multitude of options to dine out. We used it as a base to discover the Gold Coast and it was perfect for this. Loved Byron Bay and Coolangatta. Fab city views and Kynan is a super nice host. Thanks again and we look forward to return if we visit the area again.
