Villa Siena is a modern three bedroom self contained house/villa overlooking vineyards located at the end of a quiet country lane. With three King sized bedrooms each with private en-suites, you will have the privacy and provisions of a first class hotel. The cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious lounge and dining area.

The double front doors lead onto a front verandah and private outdoor dining area. In total seclusion you can drink in the views of the private vineyards that surround this gorgeous retreat or simply lay out a picnic blanket on the lawn and have a picnic in privacy. There is plenty of space to have a game of cricket or let the kids run around in complete safety.

Please note that this property is NOT pet friendly.

Weekend - $570 per night minimum 2 nights for up to 4 guests
Midweek - $428 per night minimum 2 nights for up to 4 guests
Additional adults $116 per person per night
Additional children 2-13 years $64 per person per night

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $800 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Home away from home

Great location and tranquil private setting that is central to the local wineries and markets. It was perfect for a girl's weekend away. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Fabulous for 3 couples

With each king size room having its own bathroom, it is fantastic for 3 couples. So clean and peaceful and very well equipped. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, clean, spacious and great for coup

A lovely property - spacious, clean, a well stocked kitchen for eating in and privacy with a lovely view. This house is perfect for 3 couples or family groups with each room having its own private ensuite. The location is central to many wineries with dining options close by. The managers of the property were very helpful and tended to any small need we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family weekend

Lovely, comfortable house in a beautiful setting. Loved the spacious living area and each bedroom with its own bathroom was a big plus for us. A great location for attending a HV wedding. A great spot for a comfortable stay

Spacious house perfect for 3 couples or a group of friends. Each bedroom is spacious with own bathroom and mini deck. One bathroom is accessible with a walk in shower. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and basics like salt & pepper, oil, alfoil, glad wrap and dishwashing supplies. Master bed was firm but comfortable. We enjoyed watching the kangaroos from the front deck in the evenings. Location is quiet and handy, just a short drive to local winery restaurants and other attractions (the Hunter Valley is very spread out). The main town of Cessnock is only about a 15 min drive away for supermarket supplies etc.

Love the serenity, the view, the location...and the kangaroos!

A neat and tidy house tucked away in Mistletoe Lane - don't be deceived by the plain exterior! Inside it is well appointed and spacious; 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the fabulous big dining table made this an ideal girls' getaway location. Sitting on the top step on the front balcony while watching the kangaroos graze nearby and listening to the birds and frogs was a brilliant way to start and end each day. The dishwasher, coffee machine and frother, supplied linen, and bathroom lotions made it even better! Prompt and friendly interactions with the owner and a late check-out on request were the icing on the cake! LOVED it and plan to return each year! :)

Quiet, Secluded, Clean House with All Amenities

Lovely secluded house with all of the modern amenities. Warm in winter with fire heater and cool in summer with air-conditioning. Great place to sit on the veranda and just listen to the grape vines growing or watch the young kangaroos grazing at dusk. House was very clean and communication with the management was easy and seamless. Great place to getaway from it all.

Excellent location for a Hunter wine region stay

This property is in a great location in excellent proximity to some top Hunter vineyards and highlights. The 3 bedrooms are a reasonable size and all have their own en suite which is very useful when holidaying with friends and family. The inside living space is a fantastic size and includes a huge dining table and good-sized lounge space. We found some things a little bit tired and in need of an update or a bit more attention to little details in cleaning/preparation, but we did visit in mid January after what was probably a very busy period. The staff at Hunter Valley Stays were fantastic and great with their communication - they helped us with a last minute change and were quick friendly and helpful.

The house was spacious and warm. Small issues in an otherwise fine stay: no laundry, beds very firm and bbq not clean. Nevertheless it was in a peaceful spot and we had a lovely break here.

Perfect getaway

Excellent accommodation with comfortable spaces and very well equipped kitchen. Quiet and peaceful with views to grapevines and the bush. Would suit 3 couples or an extended family. It is wheelchair accessible with one bathroom suitable for someone with a disability.
