Modern home in beachside location. This is a very comfortable spacious house completely refitted this year with latest style in modern living. Privacy comfort and relaxation is the key. Located in the exclusive Solander area just one house back from beach in a lovely tropical street with huge paper bark trees. A really lovely place to enjoy the Port Douglas lifestyle.

Enjoy the pool in its tropical surrounds along with the comfortable modern lounge in the covered vast outside living areas . Moving through the 5 meters of gliding doors into the large dinning and internal lounge area you will feel the inside-outside living experience. Comfort inside with 2 white leather lounges large screen TV with free unlimited WiFi giving internet access to all your favorites.

4 spacious bedrooms each with own outside access give freedom to come and go without disturbing others in the group. All bedrooms have robes, no living from the suitcase. Crisp white sheets and pillow cases prepared fresh for each arrival. And you’ll love the brand new bathrooms!

There’s a fabulous spacious modern kitchen and butlers pantry fitted with Miele appliances, and everything you will need including a coffee pod machine, to make your holiday perfect.

Hope you and your group had a wonderful stay. Please do not attempt to strip beds or wash any towels or linen, it will be collected by our cleaning staff and returned to the linen hire company.
Place all foods and rubbish in outside bins.
Finally return keys to the lock box after locking the house. Drive safely as we want you back one day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and nicely appointed. We did not use the pool, but loved the outdoor seating area. It was a perfect set up for our family. The only bummer is that the only hair dryer in the house was broken, but the owner probably had no way of knowing that until now. We really enjoyed our stay even if it was 5 days of bad hair!

Great Stay for families

We had a great stay here. The property was perfect for 2 families. Easy walking distance to the beach, 2 playgrounds and local cafe. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area every afternoon - it was perfectly positioned for afternoon sun and very sheltered even on very windy days. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The only real downside (which we relayed to the owner at the time) was that the property was not well cleaned. The floors were particularly dirty and our feet were all black within minutes of walking inside. The owner has said he will follow this up. Overall this did not detract from our stay and we had a wonderful time.

1. Ensuite shower dangerous. Elderly parents could not stand in shower due to condition of shower floor.2. Raised screw on pool deck caused injury to 5 year old child3. Pool surface not child friendly/hazardous4. Impossible to close flyscreens (bedrooms) to prevent insects at night5. Air-conditioning and fans too loud to run in evening6. Exposed cables and wires safety risk to childrenAfter the first night, we left the property (due to injuries sustained by children inability to sleep) and rented alternative accommodation. Absolute disaster. Regret booking.
