Chalet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms all new. Comfortable environments Living room with TV and ceiling fan in all environments. Large kitchen with hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. 2 bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. Family condominium in quiet location and close to several beaches, trade in general. Market, Bakery, Pizza, etc. Region with beautiful beaches. Super quiet street and great for those who want to rest. 15 minutes from the center of Caragua. 15 minutes from Ubatuba. House available for family and couples. Barbecue area and exclusive pool for owners. Not allowed to use.
