Nice and quiet area. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Only 40 minutes from Nice airport. The landlady is very helpful and quick to answer questions. Incredibly nice pool, cozy garden and terraces. Inside, nothing is missing - there is everything you need. Large and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable pillows and mattresses in the rooms. It is clean and tidy everywhere inside and out.

Freundliche Gastgeber und tolles Haus

Das Ferienhaus haben wir genauso vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Der Pool war das Highlight und wurde von uns täglich mehrmals genutzt. Ansonsten liegt das Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage; sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns bei Anreise alles gezeigt und erläutert. Auch während des Aufenthalts konnten wir sie, z. B. für Ausflugtipps, kontaktieren. Alles in allem können wir das Haus und die Vermieter zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Un petit havre de paix niché à proximité de Grasse où nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et de leurs enfants. D’ailleurs nous les remercions encore pour leurs gentilles attentions (eau fraîche, citronnade, figues fraîches du jardin) et leur réactivité. Une maison, à environ 30min de la mer, est très bien équipée ; l’aménagement intérieur comme extérieur offre un séjour très agréable en famille. Nous avons passé de très bons moments en nous baignant quasiment tous les jours dans la grande piscine (alarme possible) apportant détente et fraîcheur (les enfants ont adoré !) entre douche extérieure et bain de soleil. La maison possède la climatisation, plusieurs terrasses, une plancha, un baby-foot, jeux de société, un petit kiosque où prendre l’apéro, des balançoires… bref tout ce qu’il faut. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse qui nous laisse de beaux souvenirs. Merci à nos hôtes ! Et réellement dommage que nous soyons restés qu’une semaine !

C'est une très belle semaine que nous avons passée en famille dans la propriété de Monsieur et Madame Jacquemard. Tout était parfait, le confort, les équipements et les infrastructures, tout était fidèle aux photos reprises sur le site. Et cela sans compter sur l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Agréable séjour en famille au soleil

Nous avons passé en famille un très agréable séjour dans la maison de nos hôtes. En tout premier lieu, l'accueil est parfait , disponibilité, sourires, maison et espaces extérieurs soignés, instructions claires et conseils. Ensuite, nous avons profité pleinement des installations : piscine, espaces repas en terrasse , babyfoot, plancha...et du pays de Grasse (visites, randonnées, etc) et de la mer a 1/2 h ee voiture. Les enfants ont adoré 😁. Nous conseillons cette location au soleil et au calme Un grand merci à Valérie !

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison familiale agréable aussi bien à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle la buanderie également. La salle de bain est impeccable et lumineuse. La maison est bien située non loin de Montauroux, Grasse, le lac de Saint cassien et Mandelieu-La Napoule en passant par les petits villages pittoresques dont le Tanneron. Les enfants ne se sont pas ennuyés avec piscine, balançoire,les jeux de sociétés, le babyfoot et de la lecture adaptée pour tout les âges. La climatisation non négligeable lorsque la chaleur ce fait ressentir la nuit. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et accueillants nous retournerons si l’occasion se représente.

Lovely Property, great location for touring the French Riviera

Lovely fully equipped villa on a hillside with pleasant views. A great location in a quiet village but in close proximity to convenience stores, bakery etc. Also great for touring the Alpes Maritime region with some stunning roads for keen drivers. Nice pool to cool down in (it was very hot during our stay). Thanks Valerie and family!

Fabulous villa in great location

The villa is well equipped and has everything you need for a great holiday. The pool is lovely, especially for children. The outside area offers a variety of areas to relax and to eat. The property is in a convenient location which is ideally situated to reach many of the attractions that the area has to offer.

*Jeune couple avec bébé de 8 mois. Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Matiste du 9 au 17 août et nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. La villa est fidèle à la description faite sur le site. Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques, et leur accueil chaleureux nous a directement mis à l'aise. La maison est très bien entretenue. La cuisine est moderne et spacieuse. Il y a de nombreux petits espaces pour se détendre (piscine, terrasse avant, terrasse arrière, kiosque, etc). Le coin piscine est très agréable, sans vis-à-vis. Nous avons également apprécié l'emplacement de la villa. En effet, tout se trouve à moins de 2 minutes en voiture: supermarchés, pharmacie, boulangerie, banque. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et proche des grandes villes. (Canne: 20 min, Nice:40 min, Monaco:1h) En résumé, villa à recommander

Très bonnes vacances..

Nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires pour leur accueil très chaleureux. Maison très agréable sans vis à vis avec piscine. Maison et son environnement correspondent parfaitement au descriptif . Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances au calme.
