“Casita Madole”, nestled in the quiet Coffeepot neighborhood in West Sedona, is conveniently located within one mile of shopping and restaurants. Early Sedona Architect/Builder Howard Madole constructed this distinctively designed home from the architectural style of Frank Lloyd Wright. A gem of early Sedona homebuilding, "Casita Madole" is a comfortable and contemporary house, including an outdoor multi-purpose room that can be used as an office, bedroom, or quiet retreat.

The living /dining /kitchen areas boast an airy and sunlit design. Window shade cloth allows for views and light without compromising privacy. The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare, blend, bake or cook your favorite foods. The house has central A/C.

After hiking or a day exploring the sites, you will love coming home to the relaxing privacy of a large fenced yard with a covered porch. Imagine soaking in a 2-person hot tub, cooking on an outdoor grill, or just spreading your feet out on the lawn under rustling shade trees. There is even a secure location for outdoor equipment and bikes! The front yard has a beautiful view of both Thunder Mountain and Chimney Rock where you can enjoy a book, coffee or drinks from the porch or on the lawn.

This property is just perfect! Peter has it stocked with necessary items for a home and travel including sunscreens, a first aide kit with lots of extra bandages, coffee filters, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a full cabinet of spices to use for cooking and plenty of linens to enjoy the cozy 2 person hot tub. Peter was very responsive and the property was clean, organized and well labeled upon arrival. I highly recommend!

We love to visit different places in the south west and Sedona was wonderful. This house was very clean and well stocked with all that you would need. We stayed 5 nights. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to some amazing hikes. The hot tub was nice and well used. Grocery and restaurant were very close as well. It was a wonderful place and we would stay there again.

Super clean everywhere, quiet and Close to everything. Cute and great furnishings, the bed was comfortable and plenty of towels for the tub. Property well maintained and did I mention CLEAN. It was the best short term rental we’ve ever had. We will be back.
