Great vacation condo for family or friends. This three bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living room condo can sleep 8. Wake up to the views of Lake Charlevoix and the Marina below. Includes pool and next door to park with swimming beach area. Walking distance to downtown Charlevoix, quaint shopping, farmers markets, restaurants and various festivals. Lake Michigan is just a few minutes away to the sandy beach and awesome sunsets.

Annual golf weekend

Condo was perfect for our annual golf weekend (4 guys). While we were not there much more often than to sleep (ie no meals etc), the condo was clean and comfortable. Very close to a number of golf courses, restaurants and the marina. Only complaint was the noise generated by the 4 air conditioning units during a couple of warm evenings and the process/time to get the cool air to the second floor (was ultimately fine). We would rent again for our annual outing.
