The perfect family vacation spot with marvelous oceanfront view of beautiful Crescent Beach. We provide weekly stays from Saturday-Saturday. Our unit is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, pool, direct access to the beach and only minutes away from multiple dining choices in St. Augustine, all the historical and sightseeing attractions with one of the best view on the beach. The perfect place to relax and enjoy your time away.

The view welcomes you the moment the front door is opened with a direct ocean view through spacious ceiling to floor windows. The view draws you down the hallway which opens -up into the kitchen, dining room and living area. The whole area can be used for enjoying family or a romantic evening with a 55” flat screen TV.

Slip through the sliding glass door from the living room onto the balcony to enjoy the sunrise with that first cup of freshly brewed coffee in the counter chairs while catching a glimpse of dolphins, if you are lucky.

You may find your favorite room is the master suite but I will leave that up to you. The suite is furnished with a brand new luxurious king-size bed, en suite bath with shower and tub, 55” flat screen TV, spectacular ocean views where you can walk out onto the private balcony.
The condo has two other spacious bedrooms and a second full bathroom convenient to both. One bedroom offers brand new queen size bed, 55” flat screen TV with view of the Intracoastal Waterway which is perfect to enjoy the sunset with a quick step out of the front door. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a 55” flat screen TV, just perfect for the kids.

For your convenience upon arrival, you will find all the sheets, pillows and towel sets needed for every bed and bath. We have a full- sized laundry room with a washer and dryer you are welcome to use, so freshen up those swimsuits and beach towels. Four beach chairs are located in the laundry room and beach towels are in the master linen closet for a relaxing day on the beach.

At the Sand Dollar II complex the following amenities are provided, covered parking, an oceanfront pool for lounging and sunbathing with tables and umbrellas. Enjoy relaxing with a good book in the shade or soaking up the sunshine. You have lighted tennis court bordering the marshes for a quick game of tennis and pickleball. The best of all, a private walkway leads you down to the beautiful white sand beaches of Crescent Beach. You will soon find out these are all the reasons to vacation at our condo. So, make your reservation now for the best place on the beach.

A home away from home

John and Tammy provided a comfortable, clean, relaxing home to return to after a day at the beach. This lovely condo directly overlooks Crescent Beach with easy access to the beach. The amenities and personal touches make it seem as though they have invited us into their home. They provided everything we needed and more! We highly recommend this unit and will return.

Beach Cottage in a Condo.

As we opened the front door, our breath was taking by the view of the ocean thru the floor to ceiling windows. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the sun rise off the balcony. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from the stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay at the beach. The view of the beach, from both the balcony and from the floor to ceiling windows, was amazing. There were so many added touches, like the bottle of wine, beverages, and snacks that were in the condo when we arrived. John was very accommodating and the perfect host. Great place, great time!

Smith Family Vacation

This property was exactly as advertised. Check-in was easy and everything was ready for our arrival. We cooked in 90% of our vacation & the kitchen was well stocked with great cookware. The owner was considerate to call & make sure everything was good upon arrival and check out was the easiest we've ever experienced. This was our 15th annual Smith family vacation and the third at Sand Dollar Condos. We will be booking this condo again for next year! Best vacation ever in St. Augustine!!

After renting our first year, we decided in early 2018 to formed Sanddollar 205 LLC to manage our vacation property. My husband and I live and work in Jacksonville, Florida which is only a 40-minute drive to our vacation property. We both relocated to Jacksonville in the early 80’s and were now finally able to make our dream of having a beach condo that was only minutes from Jacksonville. I have aways wanted a place at the beach ever since moving to Florida and enjoying the wonderful beaches in the area. We talked about it but never were truly serious. However, in the summer of 2016 we started looking and decided Crescent Beach was the place we wanted our vacation rental property. We looked for over 5 months before deciding on the Sand Dollar II condo. The condo truly has the million dollar view we were wanting for our family and guests. Why they chose this property

From Jacksonville Beach, all the way down to Crescent Beach, Crescent by far is the quietest and most gorgeous of all the beaches. The beach is great for walking or riding a bike because the sand is hard and flat. It is a short drive from our home in Jacksonville so it makes for a short weekend trip.

What makes this property unique

The oceanfront views off the balcony while drinking your morning coffee or having an afternoon frozen drink. Oh, the sunrises are spectacular on the balcony. But wait you can also watch the sunset by stepping out the front door which overlooks the marshes. The best is the million dollar view.
