Come Enjoy Tranquility In The Forest In Tahoe
***Not a party house***. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we have a seriously ill neighbor who needs a peaceful environment. No parties, events, loud gatherings, or excessive noise are permitted at any time. This home is intended for families, couples, and guests looking for a relaxing Tahoe getaway. Our short-term rental permit depends on maintaining good relationships with our neighbors and complying with local noise regulations. Any excessive noise or disturbances may result in the reservation being terminated without a refund.
Our comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, South Lake Tahoe, beaches, restaurants, casinos, and shopping. Walk out the front door to National Forest hiking trails. Enjoy comfortable beds, a gourmet kitchen, and a peaceful setting.

We currently live in the Bay Area in California. We are a family of 8 who enjoy going up to Tahoe and enjoying the great outdoors. We love to bike, snowboard, hike and swim in beautiful Tahoe.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property so we could come up to Tahoe and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoy coming up here and relaxing in our quite backyard and sitting on the peaceful beaches in South Lake Tahoe and Nevada beach!
What makes this property unique
We are unique because this is a residential area that is very quite and peaceful, we are close to the ski resort (Heavenly), close to South Lake Tahoe, hiking and the casinos. We are located a few house away from the national forest, it's nice to be able to walk out our door and walk straight in the forest to go hiking.
