Excellent stay for our family!

The linens were a little outdated and the cookware could be updated but that’s the only negative thing I could say about this property. Kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (we paid extra for the heat). The amenities at Windsor Hills are awesome and the staff is friendly. Great water park and pool!

Good stay, needs a few upgrades

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The kids played in the pool any time we weren't at Disney. Everything worked well. We would have given 5 stars if there were a few needed items/upgrades in the home. We would have liked newer and more towels. There was barely one towel per person. Those that were there are somewhat threadbare and dingy looking. There were no hand towels or wash clothes that we could find. Beds were also a but lumpy and mattresses were old. As a vacation rental owner myself, I know it's not all that expensive to put good mattresses and linens on the beds. After a long day at the parks, what parents want most is a good night's sleep. Lastly, there weren't any measuring cups or spoons, so cooking was a bit trickier than usual. Still, this is a nice home and we would recommend it to others.

This house was perfect for our family. My husband and I had our three adult kids, their spouses and our 6 young grandchildren. We paid to heat the pool and didn't regret that. The pool and hot tub were used every night. Location is great! We never had to contact manager for anything.

Good communication, but...

House was not cleaned welled and was outdated. Stains and holes in wall. My aunt and little cousin have some sort of bite marks from something in the bed. Definitely could have been a lot better.

Very Outdated House with Construction Noise

We rented this house because we liked the development and it was spacious. The house was very dated, furniture and linens were worn out and stained. The pictures are deceiving. The house needs serious updating and new linens, towels, tablecloths and furniture. The mattress in the master bedroom was larger than the box spring and very uncomfortable. The back door to the pool is “locked” using a stick. There was no disclosure that major construction is happening right behind the house. Early every weekday morning we heard construction workers and trucks. The positives are its size, excellent WIFI, backyard pool, and Windsor Hills development/amenities. Despite those, we’d never rent here again.

Golf trip

Very nice property. Great neighborhood and location to courses and shopping. Listing should say 3.5 baths and ceiling fans would be nice. Hot tub was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Great house at Windsor Hills

My family and friends had a great time at this house. We were given a code to open door so arrival was easy. Everyone played at the game room, and at the pool. We paid extra to heat the pool it was so worth it, the kids had a blast! I was glad there was a security fence around the pool. Also, there was a playpen for our baby, stroller and high chair available. There was minor issues and we told the management company, who was always fast to get back to us. Windsor Hills is a lovely resort my kids loved the water park and we can't wait to go back!
