A peaceful getaway

My husband and I had an amazing time. The house was nice and warm and the shower was fantastic. The bed wasn't very comfortable for us but that is personal preference. We loved a visits from Buddy too.Best part is that it was out of town, close to the beach and town. Easy to navigate to other places from so really happy we stayed.

A peaceful little paradise

This was such a perfect spot to come and relax in. The view is spectacular, and just so quiet. The cottage had all that we needed. The shower is a good powerful one and our bed was so comfy. We'll be back when next down this way ❤️

Lovely property, perfect space for us and our gear. The kitchen was well stocked to our surprise right Dow to fresh eggs for our breakfast. Loved being in a rural setting and still only 10 minutes from the middle of Oamaru. Definitely recommend this property. Our host were on site but never intrusive.

Pastoral Idyll

Set in the rolling country just south of Oamaru, this north facing cottage has a wide panoramic vista. It is handy to both Oamaru and Kakanui. It was is easily heated for those cooler winter days. Excellent for a stress free stay.

Wonderful Sunset Cottage

We had a beautiful and peaceful stay in the cottage, which is close enough to town to be easy to get to but in lovely farmland which gives a sense of space. The amenities were great. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Very comfy beds and all you could want in the kitchen. Having a laundry was terrific. Andrea couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful and Buddy the dog is a gem. I highly recommend this lovely cottage.

A comfortable stay,in peaceful surrounds.

A spacious cottage, very comfortable beds, everything plus in kitchen,good bathroom and laundry facilities. Extremely clean and well cared for Just far enough away from town, to enjoy quietness. Looks very beach nearby for a walk, and of course the town has a lot to offer. Recommend Duntroon, Elephant Rocks, as a side trip. Flying Pig Cafe excellent! Would highly recommend this cottage. Though anyone with mobility problems needs to be aware of a step at front and back door
