Our family of six loved the property! It comfortable and cozy, and big enough for everyone. The property is very well furnished with new appliances and a large garage (with ski racks!). The mountain views are incredible. Frisco is a lovely town, and the house is less than a ten-minute walk to Main Street. I would highly recommend it to anyone!
This house was the perfect size for our party of 8. Our 4 kids enjoyed playing in the many open spaces in the house. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and walking distance to downtown Frisco.
Great house! There was plenty of room for our party of 8. Having access to the garage was a bonus on snowy days. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely recommend this house!
It looks like there's an enormous deck, and there is not. Just a little front porch and one off the master suite.Nice house, spacious, lovely kitchen.Water heater is slow and minimal, and the showers lack pressure. Great location, you can walk or bike anywhere you want to go.
We love this home! This was our second time staying here and we will try to get it every year. Our large family of 9 has plenty of room and it is such a family and child friendly place to stay. Our kids loved sledding the backyard and playing on the school playground when we had down time. Beautiful home in a perfect location with tons of conveniences. Truly a home away from home for us!
The house was lovely and in the perfect location for our plans while we were in Frisco. We loved the views, the proximity to town and the feel of the home, especially the mountain furniture!
We are also rental property owners and would like to make a couple of suggestions for improvement if you don't mind.
The kitchen was lovely but very disorganized. I realize it's difficult to keep it organized with back-to-back renters but there were lids with no bottoms, bottoms with no lids, things were spread out all over the kitchen as well, so it was a feat when you wanted to cook something. The coffee pot does not work properly. The coffee is lukewarm immediately after it makes, and the pot has no lid. There was a smaller one but we had a full house of coffee drinkers. The upstairs TV was unusable if you wanted to watch something other than the DVDs provided, because the power cord for the Google cast device was missing. It would also be very nice to have instructions on how to use the whole house audio system, it looks amazing!
The master bath looks fantastic and is very large, but the water flow in the tub is unusable and the shower stall is way too small and cheap for such a nice house, very out of place.
We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful home!! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great place!
There were so many great pros about our stay and just a couple of small issues we encountered.
First: the house was amazing. Quite large with several oversized and comfy gathering areas for our group. It was well supplied, in good condition and located in a very quiet area of Frisco that was still very close to everything in town. There was a big road construction project occurring down the street and we didn't hear any of it with the windows open all weekend. We'd definitely stay here again as we visit Frisco every year, a couple of times a year for the races in Leadville.
The couple of issues we encountered: when we arrived and opened the garage door, we almost threw up from the overpowering smell of rotting garbage in the garage. All three bins were full and had not been taken out in some time. In addition, that garbage meant there were all kinds of insects flying around in the garage. We opened both doors and rolled the garbage outside to allow it to air out. The house didn't smell but the garage was terrible. The next day someone came in their car and took the garbage.
There was a cabinet door in the kitchen completely busted off and laying on the counter when we walked in. Didn't affect our stay at all but we thought it was odd that the management company had just left it sitting there rather then fixing it.
Other then those couple of things, our stay was great and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place in Frisco.

Great House
The stay was great! It was a cozy home that accommodated our group of 8. The kitchen was more than well equipped for our cooking needs. The coffee maker that was on the counter did not work but they had two back ups so we were still able to enjoy our coffee.:-) The location is a very quite area with a park across the street. The view from the house is amazing as well! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because check in time was 4 and we arrived about 15 min early and were going to wait it out. A gentleman who was with the rental company(pulled up as we did) asked us if we were checking in and told us they had not received confirmation there was a check in and they were still cleaning and It would be another 45 minutes. We went ahead and drove to the very near by Safeway and went shopping. That was our only small complaint. But, I would highly recommend this cabin!
This house was perfect for our stay at Frisco! The location could not have been more perfect. We have 6 children ages 2-18. There was more than enough room to spread out and relax, plenty of sleeping spaces and all around perfect accommodations for a large family with children. Extremely clean and very well stocked with all necessary items plus lots more to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect as walking to downtown was easy, located close to all touristy activities and the public playground across the street was used every day by the children. We plan to always book this house for vacations to visit our daughter.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Great location, walkable to downtown with an incredible view.
Overall great experience. Cleanliness of the home and dishes were poor upon arrival.
Had a wonderful stay - easy access to the lake, and to tons of trails for hiking and biking. The kids loved the playground across the street.
Make sure to pay attention to the navigation directions in the check-in email - it's hard to find if you go just by the address.
This house is large and great for multiple families. We will definitely stay here again. The only issue is the local contact, she didn’t return my calls or emails regarding an early check in. If you stay here don’t count on her to answer additional questions.
Very nice common area with pellet stove off of kitchen, perfect for staying in to cook and hang out. Lots of bed flexibility, and enjoyed a movie with about 6 people on the couch in the basement.
