A large Luxury 4 bed private villa just a few min walk to the Villamartin Plaza

This is the flagship of villas for In The Sun Holidays and just a 4 minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza! This 4 bed 4 bath stunning villa just ooozes luxury in every way! The grounds of the villa are grass lined with gardens and hedges for privacy and the driveway leading the garage. Inside the grounds is the large private pool with sun loungers surrounding as well table and chairs for poolside dining! The villa has a large living room with full UK and Swedish TV package as well free wifi with enough room to seat up to 6 on the comfy sofas. There is a large dining are as well. The newly fitted kitchen has all mod con's for any catering as well a dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 king size, 1 double and 2 with single beds and all have en suite shower rooms and one with full bath. Every room has air-con and built in wardrobes! Off the living room is a very large veranda great to relax and overlooks the private pool. Apart from relaxing there is also a dining table and BBQ. It is easy to understand why this villa is simply the best, and location to die for!!!

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor, location location location!!!! Let your In The Sun Holidays Rep help make your plans!

Location of this property is on a lovely quiet street and only a short walk to Villamartin Plaza and also supermarkets, the villa was clean and very spacious and pool and outside area was lovely only one small thing would be that it would be handy for there to be some instructions left out on how to use some of the amenities (oven & extractor) other than that was overall happy with our stay

The property is tiered and in need of refurbishment and we thought it could do with a deep clean! But overall I’d consider it good value for money when you look at the location and the facilities provided, when compared to other properties in the area to rent.

Location fine , property needs refresh , owner needs to reinvest profits, bathrooms smell damp ,dirty marks on walls all over house, internet pretty much non existante no full english /Swedish tv package as advertized , nightmare with young ones cant spend all day in pub or pool. Tv had only a few channels ,didnt work agents tried to rectifey but internet tv just kept buffering, everyone had to use 4g.pool pump broke 3 days after a few days pool water went from clear to hazey and had a smell, electricty tripped twice, found a note other guest complained about cockroaches, real bad mozquito problem in main bedroom or thats what i think it was kept getting bit but couldnt find any mozzies checked wall left bathroom light on as light attacts them kept doors shut put towels under doors and used reppellant, other bedrooms fine Location is ok close to everthing pool is good size luxurious villa no. Agents are good. Wasnt a complete disaster made most of it but wouldnt book again.

Family holiday

First impressions of the property were good. Lovely large clean terrace and pool area. Inflatables for pool use too. Unfortunately, the inside of the property had not been cleaned to the same standard. The bathrooms and kitchen were fine but we swept and mopped the rest of the inside ourselves. We had an issue with the electricity and Graham was exceptionally helpful with this. The beds were very comfy too. On the second morning the hot water failed but we were able to reset the system and it was fine after that. One of the shutters in a bedroom was broken so we were unable to use this room. It was to be repaired but was still faulty when we left. The pool had a severe leak and required topping up daily which left a question mark over the safety of the chemical levels in it. All in all, we had a good holiday but with more general maintenance and cleaning of the villa, it could have been outstanding.

Why they chose this property

It's all about location location location. Only across the street for the Campo de Golf Villamartin so great for golfing trips as well only a few minutes walk to the world famous Villamartin Plaza where you have over 30 restaurants and bars to choose from or come down in the summer and enjoy one of the many headline acts concerts in the plaza such as Leo Sayer in 2018 and the Bay City Rollers in 2019 and more. All in all this is the perfect location for any holiday in Spain.
