About this property

Central and spacious Waitarere Beach 3 Bed, 2 Bathroom house with sea views

Situated in the middle of Waitarere Beach township around the corner from the Four Square on Waitarere Beach Road.

Our property is a self-contained holiday bach that sleeps up to 8 people.
Whether hanging out at the beach (10 minute walk) or enjoying all that the town has to offer throughout the year, this is a spacious option for family or group stays.

A master bedroom, a double bedroom and a bunk room with double bed allows you to cater for all sized groups.

With two bathrooms with shower and toilet, family groups can comfortably holiday together. With electric hot water, everyone can enjoy a shower at the end of the day.

A modern kitchen with an adjacent living/dining room is situated on the ground floor, that offers all the convenience and amenities you need for a comfortable stay. A spacious upstairs living room opening onto an upstairs deck offers amazing views of the sea and the township. The upstairs living is a perfect spot to read a book, or for the kids to have their own space. A television is located in each living room with Freeview (no Sky), as well as separate DVD player and a selection of books, toys and games.

A dining table for formal meals for up to 6 people is located downstairs with a wood burner fire for the cooler months of the year.

The popular Four Square is just 50m away, and only a short walk to the Beachside Bar and Eatery or the Waitarere Bowling Club there are plenty of food options available if you choose not to cook.

The house offers even more fun including a large open grass area with trampoline, a garage/games room with table tennis, pool table, racket games and a dart board. Downstairs also offers another deck out to the West catching the last of the sun and our beautiful Waitarere sunsets. The domain is a short walk away including tennis courts and the local playground.

An affordable holiday experience, that offers comfort and functionality for your holiday or short break.

Such a great spot for all ages. The kitchen and downstairs living is relatively cosy but has everything you need and the upstairs living room is awesome! It’s wonderful having a couple of decks and outside spaces on both sides of the house and the games room is so well laid out with heaps of great indoor outdoor games that kept us all entertained for hours. They owners were great communicators and we’d love to stay here again
