It is a family friendly beach with clean, clear, calm water. Walk to beach, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket. It really is the perfect location for your family getaway. If you prefer surfing or boogie boarding Rye and Gunamatta back beach's only a short drive away - this really is the perfect location. Mornington Peninsula famous hot springs are only 5 minutes away. Numerous wineries, breweries, gin distilleries only a short drive. Perfect location for golfers with numerous golf courses in the area including Moonah Links, The Dunes and Portsea.

Weekend Away

Organized a weekend away with some family and friends and couldn't be happier with the property. Plenty of space and sleeping for everyone and despite making plans to go to town (which is walking distance), once we got the fire pit going couldn't leave the backyard so just had a BBQ and talked under the pergola. The host (Tracey) quickly answered any questions we had and overall stay was great.

great location, spacious meals area

Though disappointing with cleanliness with sand on the kitchen table and dirty floors; and the puzzle of which light switch works for what lights(three different switches work both indoor and outdoor and need to be in a certain position. (please include this in your book) This property is wonderful to stay in - with large table and space for meals and games for a big family (small lounge) but great outdoor yard with wood fire pizza oven hut.We had alot of fun, with our large family and dogs - able to just walk to the beach. very enjoyable Thank you

Fantastic Trip Away

Great little trip to rye. Made use of the fireplace outside. Was able to sit around and relax in the evenings. Was so peaceful. Bedrooms were clean. The house was spacious. Couldn't ask for more
