We enjoyed the beautiful setting, nestled up against the red rocks. The property was set up for a pleasant family stay and we appreciated the great communication and all the extras that made the stay so great (outdoor patio, extra towels and linens, pool, etc). It has been very frustrating working with Vacasa and I will make sure to never book a house managed by Vacasa in the future. For any issue or question you have to go through the call center which takes 30 minutes to reach. Your question get entered in the system and never properly answered. It took us half a day to get the key to the pool which was missing upon our arrival. We never were able to turn on the TVs as most remotes lacked batteries. The kitchen had 3 spoons. And it took us 15 days and 5 phones calls to get an item we forgot to be returned to us. At some point we need human beings to manage a property not just an internet website. I invite you to do a test and send the property manager a question. It will be answered by an automated reply only.... That said... The house is very pleasant in a very well maintained residence - at the foot of the rocks. The house is big and well appointed, the beds were confortable. The house was clean. The upstairs and downstairs patios were charming with beautiful sunset views. The pool very pleasant. And we enjoyed our stay in Moab.

Perfect getaway!
We loved our time at 3418! Despite the heat, we enjoyed waking up early to hike and ride bikes, and returning home for a swim in the pool! The location was ideal- quiet, very spacious accommodations, and close to the pool without being disturbed by noise. We enjoyed breakfasts on the back patio and the beds were super comfortable!

Amazing Experience
We loved Moab and the condo was perfect for the six of us. Great location, pool and easy checkin & out. Would definitely stay again!
This was a beautiful and convenient location. We enjoyed having some space to spread out after being in hotels many nights on our way to Moab from Georgia. Well stocked kitchen and having a washer and dryer was great. The back patio was beautiful! We enjoyed family dinners and morning coffee on the patio. The location was perfect for driving to Arches and Canyonlands and the pool right next door was great after very hot days hiking. Really our only issue was communication with Vacasa. There was no contact number left at the townhome and I tried every number and email I could find and never received a response. Luckily we just needed them to be aware of a few things (a closet shelf fell and the hot and cold water in the downstairs bath is swapped) and didn’t need anything urgently or that could have been a big problem. Also, if you are allergic to dogs, I advice not to stay. We were not bothered too much, but there was some stray dog hairs here and there. I also recommend removing the Arches puzzle, it is missing so many pieces. My 9 year old was so was excited to tackle it. We worked many mornings and nights and then realized a lot of pieces were missing and we could not finish. A bit of a let down for an excited kiddo. All in all my husband and I and our 3 boys (9, 7, 4) enjoyed our stay ... the upstairs bedroom was just perfect for 3 kids with the 3 twin beds. Thanks for sharing your place with our family.
