Las Brisas #103 - You won't be disappointed with this wonderful beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation retreat located in Madeira Beach. All brand new furniture throughout, including new bedding & TV's. Everything you need is here and just steps from the ocean, pool, spa, BBQ, including John's Pass Village just a short mile away. Free wifi included.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The SunHost staff looks forward to taking your reservation for this spacious, well laid out updated unit. The modern kitchen includes updated counter tops, new appliances and updated cabinetry. Fully stocked with utensils, including coffee maker and microwave, everything is here for your convenience. The open living area with comfortable seating leads out to the outdoor balcony with spectacular ocean views. Both bathrooms have new double bowl vanities with granite tops. There simply is no better place to watch Florida's dolphins and pelicans play and see unbeatable sunsets at the end of the day.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and large television. The large, second guestroom contains two queen beds with attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom has one queen bed making this a perfect property for larger families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi is also included as well as a washer and dryer. This unit does have 2 assigned parking spots.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

This prime condo is just one mile away from popular John's Pass Village which offers a variety of restaurants, unique shopping and entertainment along a pirate themed 1,100 foot boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn of the century fishing village and Pinellas County's number one tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This condo has beautiful views and is so spacious! It is right on the beach and so convenient to everything. Some things are quirky, but that’s the life in someone else’s home. I would 100% stay here again!

The stay was perfect. The unit is in a great location to shops and food. Beach access is right there which was great with a baby. The only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the room on arrival. We had some dirty towels still in the closet and sandy blankets.

Beautiful and spacious condo

We loved Las Brisas condo 103. Check in and stay we’re so easy. The folder I. The room had all key info and rental agency was easily reachable. Clean and just like the pictures. Spacious three bedrooms and very large living area. Spent so much time on the balcony with gorgeous views of the Gulf. A little far to walk to John’s Pass so we drove and parked. We did enjoy walking to Boardwalk Grill and Caddy’s on the beach. Would highly recommend this condo.

Beach visit

Nice location on the beach. The condo is dated, there was a stale smell, the bathrooms were not the cleanest. The kitchen was missing a kettle. There’s no beach towels or chairs, which have been included in other condo stays on the beach. The chairs on the patio are all bar style making it difficult for elderly.

First Floor is the best!

The unit was clean and very roomy. The first floor was a nice change to just zip up and down the stairs - last year we stayed on the 5th floor and spent a lot of time waiting on the elevator. I will say the condo is very bare boned so be prepared to bring your own things such as paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, beach towels, beach chairs, coffee… There are quite a few places to eat/drink in walking distance. The Reef across the street has breakfast, lunch, dinner. We caught the trolley to Clearwater one day which is fun if you aren’t in a hurry to get anywhere. Overall it was a great unit and stay!

Celebrating Mom's 70th

Las Brisas #103 served as the hub for my Mom's 70th birthday celebration. We had family come in from 4 different states. The condo is spacious and designed well. Signs posted around the property inform guests that Las Brisas is a smoke free property. Not true. The rooms to our left and the one above flooded our condo with cigarette and marijuana smoke throughout the day and night. Also, the floor of Las Brisas #103 was absolutely filthy. It had not been cleaned in months. There was sand, food, and grime throughout the condo. The location and balcony Gulf front views are incredible. The Gulf breeze when untainted by smoke was invigorating. If you are travelling as a group be aware that parking is extremely limited to one or two spots per unit. No guest parking...period. If you don't mind smoke and paying a cleaning fee for a very unclean place to stay, Las Brisas #103 is just the place.

Fabulous Family Vacation Spot

Great time was had by all! Lots of room in the common area for a large group. Great layout for the bedrooms. FYI…. For those with small children or light sleepers…the condo is located directly across from the trash chute on the first floor, so the trash collection in the early hours of the morning can be a bit bothersome for the guests on that side of the condo. But I figure it’s the price you pay for the convenience of being on the first floor. Condo floors DEFINITELY need a good scrub. If we weren’t wearing slippers then the bottom of our feet were completely black. The unit needs a new coffee maker…it won’t stop brewing even when it has finished the brew cycle. Washing machine is extremely loud. Other than those few items the condo is great! Every condo has its quirks and it’s to be expected. However, improving upon these items would benefit all guests in the future.

The condo itself was cute and well stocked. We had several issues:1. There were dead roaches all over the condo. Every day, new dead roaches appeared.2. The doorknob to one of the bedrooms was broken and my mother (age 70) was locked in the room. We had to remove the doorknob. We called maintenance and they said they would come and fix it. That did not happen.3. The toilet in the master bathroom ran constantly. We had to turn the water off to the toilet so that we could sleep.4. The floors were DISGUTINGLY DIRTY. I wore shoes all the time, even walking to the bathroom or getting out of the shower.

Great location... but needs some TLC

Overall, this condo is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfectly close to everything, Publix is a few minutes away, and John's Pass is a quick drive as well. The Beach is clean, and you have the opportunity to rent (from a 3rd party) cabanas on the beach which was important for us. There was a seaweed problem (lots floating in the shallow and deeper waters) but nothing that ruined our fun. The condo needs some TLC/updates, there is visible wear (dents, dings, paint chipping) throughout the condo. The floors were VERY dirty, and had a film that caused our feet to be black with dirt at the end of the day. This is a simple fix if the cleaning/housekeeping team washes between rentals. The beds were fairly comfortable (A little firm for our liking, but that is personal preference), the sheets and bath linens were clean and adequate, and there were extra blankets and pillows in each bedroom closet. The kitchen was stocked fairly well with plates, silverware, corkscrew, pots/pans, etc.. Our biggest issue was with the cockroaches. There is definitely a known problem, because the exterminator stopped by while we were there. We were greeted daily by at least 1-2 cockroaches. This was an unwelcome surprise. Unfortunately, would not stay here again.

Would definitely book again

We had a group of 7 adults and this condo was perfect. The place was very clean and well furnished with dishes, appliances, bath towels, etc. The first little bedroom (where my husband and I stayed) doesn't have a TV or mirror. I would add both. The king suite is very nice with sliding doors but not the best for blocking noise. The dining room chairs could use some felt under them or something to help with the loud noise when they are pulled out or pushed in. The trash is picked up about 8-8:30 am in the morning and is very loud! Nothing that the condo owner can do anything about as I am sure they don't oversee the garbage schedule, but don't plan on sleeping in as the condo is right across from the trash chute. Overall, any issues we had were very minor. We all loved the layout and decor! Plus there's a great view of the beach and ocean just sitting on the balcony. We loved the tile in the bathroom and the fact that both bathrooms have a double sink/vanity which was helpful when we all wanted to get ready to go to dinner. The check in and out process was a breeze. Be aware they you only get one key that works the door that you have to pick up and drop off. There is no keypad/code entry. Just a few things to keep in mind if you decide to book. I would definitely stay there again and hope to take my family back soon.

Unfortunately not a good stay. Floors were dirty and bathrooms not as clean as should be. Feet turn black walking on the floors. Coffee machine on counter is soooo old and stained but the only one that works. They had keurig in a cabinet but after pulling it out and trying it didnt work. Stuck with the old stained one. Few of the cookware really needs to be replaced...old and scratched up. Crumbs on the counter. I truly believe cleaning staff is sub-par to say the least. A/C worked great except at night i was cold and went into closet to grab a blanket and when i opened it crumbs fell out and it was stained. So gross. No broom in the unit but had a dust pan...that doesnt help to sweep sand. Found a vacuum however we turned it on and worked for 2 minutes and died. Called the off site rental office to ask for a broom and the women says she didnt even know someone was renting #103 this week. Never got a broom. No beach chairs or beach towels. Just a couple kids toys and a tube. 7 adults and we flew in from massachusetts. I stayed at las brisas in the past...#406 and #201 i believe. Both were great units! We wanted to try first floor this time because of couple in our party who just had knee surgery. I would not recommend this unit at all. We will not be returning to this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice enough. My two constructive criticisms are about the master bedroom and the cleanliness of the place. The cleanliness was an issue in so much as the floor had not been cleaned at all; full of sand, and even once swept up by us, blackened our feet with dirt. The cleaning crew also, removed the dishes too soon from the dishwasher and created a back up of water that we thought would have to get fixed by a plumber. Luckily the exterior building maintenance man told us a quick fix for it. I appreciated that the condo was available well before the official check in time, but not at the expense of cleanliness. The owners of the condo tried to create a larger living space with more view of the ocean, which I appreciate it. However, they did it by creating a very small , master bedroom and bathroom with a bed so outsized for the room that it was difficult to even move around without hitting yourself on it. There were doors that glided open onto the living room, but let a lot of noise through. Would not stay here again.

HOWEVER, THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKE FOR ABOUT (2) DAYS IT WAS DIFFICULT TO BRING GROCERIES UP AND DONW THE STAIRWAY. THE STAIRWAY WAS FILTHY! IT NEEDS TO BE PRESSURE WASHED. THE ENTRANCE WHERE YOU GO TO THE BEACH IS PILED UP WITH SAND, NOT ONCE WHILE WE WERE THERE DID ANYONE CLEAN IT. THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE! IF YOU RENT A (3) BEDROOM, I WOULD THINK IF YOU RENT A (3) BEDROOM CONDO YOU WOULD BE ASSIGNED (3) PARKING SPACES!!!!!
