This apartment is located on the first floor which grants you direct access to the Lagoon, making it easy for you to relax under the sun, enjoy the magnificent view or begin your kayak/paddle board adventure.

The location was impeccable, while it was on a tight street for cars to get through, there was so much within walking distance. Having a washer and dryer on-site came in handy multiple times. I loved having a lagoon view and access to the kayaks! If you're considering booking this place, you absolutely NEED to to make your trip to PR perfect!

The apartment was very clean - with a washer and dryer with detergent. You don’t need to rent a vehicle because all the fun is walking distance. Excellent restaurants and lounges near by. The walk to beach is very simple and close. The host was very kind and professional because we needed a little at arrival but only because we went to the wrong address. It has everything you’d need!

Cool location if you want fo be near the hotels & less expensive. I only needed the room & bathroom so I never used the kitchen or other room with the futon bed. I do recommend a table or sort in the main room. The photos on the app aren’t exactly the same since some of the furniture isn’t there & the futon is not in the living room. I’m happy with my stay tho, I enjoyed sitting outside looking out to the bay. The outside seating is different as well, could’ve been better with cushion chairs. I parked a car in the spot you’re given, it was a tight fit since someone else had already parked to close & in front. Tricky but I did it! If you’re looking for a cute, less expensive stay for 2-3 nights I highly recommend it. Oh the coffee shop is a few feet away walking distance which I went to every morning. Enjoy you stay!

Peaceful retreat

This is a great place for two people. It has a separate sleeping area that’s very spacious. We had all we needed for a fun stay. It’s nice and peaceful at the lagoon but you can find a party vibe steps away. It’s an easy walk to the beach.

My partner and I LOVED our stay! The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit and there were great restaurants in walking distance. We used the patio every day for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! It was also nice to have access to chairs and the kayaks!

Everything was excellent: The area and the apartment were perfect in every way. My only complain, too dark inside, because I have surgery in my elbow. The shades on the windows were way too big making it hard for me to open to enjoy the Lagoon view.

Great location

Wonderful little apartment. Close to great restaurants and beach and just a quick Uber ride away from Old San Juan. I didn't try the kayak or paddle board because I don't know how to use them or even which ones were for my use, but the lagoon was beautiful and it looked like people were really enjoying it. It was a great spot for coffee in the morning.

A perfect location if you like being in the middle of it all

It was a bit pricy considering the age/condition and noise pollution but the view and walkability were nice. We didn't realize till the second day that the last person left the window slats open so it felt like trying to sleep in a dance club. It was definitely a safety concern that the window was left open. Overall we had a great time and the Havana Grill nearby was phenomenal.

Convenient Location

The apartment is located in the heart of the Condado district. We really did not need a rental car. We walked to Old San Juan and back and was able to avoid the hassle of finding parking.
