Robin's Nest is a waterfront villa that has perfect southern exposure, which means sun ALL day long.

Enjoy the beautiful view over the canal and the boats going by. Being so close to the river, you will probably see a great deal of wildlife as well, such as dolphins and manatees.

The villa has a dock where you can tie a rental boat. With direct sailboat access, there are no bridges and it will only take 5 minutes until you're out on the river on open water.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spacious TV area, a separate lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ grill. The lanai area has both a lounge area and a dining area. Down on the dock, you can enjoy the view and sunshine on the sun lounges.

You're close to Cape Coral downtown, grocery stores, and restaurants. As well as the bridges over to Fort Myers.

The villa is equipped with two kayaks that are easy to get into the water.

Winter Get A Way

Great property and location. Quiet location allowed us to work remote and still have easy access to some great restaurants in downtown Cape Coral and Fort Meyers. We had to fly several times over our two month stay and the 30 minute drive to the airport was very manageable.

Property was as advertised. It was awesome that we could take our boat from the Cape Coral Yacht Club and cruise right to the backyard of the Pelican. Lovely neighborhood and plenty of room at the house.

First time in Cape Coral. We were very impressed with the area. Great for boating and bicycling. Everything you need is close by. The whole area is well maintained and beautiful. We will return.
