The house exceeded our expectations it had everything we needed and more my wholeFamily was really impressed it really felt like home.If we ever return to Alma most definitely this house will be our only choice.we can’t wait to return on our next family trip to Alma!
House is even more spacious in person. Worked perfect for our bachelorette party of 14 people. Close enough to downtown Breck to drive or Uber. Also a perfect spot to just hang out at the house.
This was a fantastic property with plenty of space and everything you'd need. The location was nice and relaxing for hanging in the mountains and access to great fishing spots.

This home is a nice clean home perfect 3 level home for family,Enjoyed it, if you're going to the Alma area check it out.
We had a great time with close access to Breckenridge and white water rafting only 45 min away in Buena Vista. Loved the big kitchen table for games. Comfortable beds and a nice secluded feel! Would stay again for sure!
Incredible house with all the features and comfort you expect when traveling with your family and friends. The attention we received from the owners was outstanding. We’ll come back anytime.
Very well stocked house with bedding, towels, kitchen cooking/eating supplies. Lots of stairs. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Tons of room for our large group to gather together. Or spread out. Good selection of games.

If you plan to stay in the Alma Colorada area this is a perfect place to stay with famly or friends. nice clean home with 3 levels, Julie the home owner is very helpful if you need anything. She also had us well informed on needed information. If your going to Alma CO check it out.
Nice and private place. Very quiet. Well furnished kitchen was only missing a few basics but the store in Fairplay had us covered for last minute and items that missed the packing list.

Thanks so much Mike! We appreciate your feedback!!
This is a beautiful property! So spacious and great for families! The kitchen is so well stocked, they even have an instapot! We did have some snow while we were there, 4x4, AWD or chains were needed to get up the road to the house and for Hoosier pass into Breckenridge.

Spring Break Bliss
Amazing house and host. Three families with nine kids fit comfortably in the house. Had everything that was needed for a fantastic ski vacation. Will be back!
Great property. Very clean. The multi-level layout is noteworthy. Great kitchen and dining space - but no tv on primary level. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for having us.

Amazing!
This house was nothing short of amazing for our group. There are so many places to gather and hang out. But at the same time, there was so much room for us to spread out as families and have our own space. Would 100% reccomend staying here. The owner called me personally the day before to answer questions and talk logistics. It was a wonderful experience through and through!
Beautiful property with majestic views. It fit all 14 of us very comfortably and we had ample space. It is very nice and secluded, which made for a relaxing time. The hot tub was a nice refresher after a long day of snowboarding. It is at a high altitude and we all visited The O2 Lounge in Breckenridge that helped us all out so much. We will definitely be back. When they say you need 4x4 or chains, it is very true during the winter, otherwise you won’t make it up! The hosts have great recommendations and are very attentive with anything you may need. We will definitely stay again!
Gorgeous Home and View. Be aware of Elevation Sickness
Its the perfect getaway home. Except its 10,000+ feet above sea level. The entire family suffered from elevation sickness the entire stay. I'm a pilot and scuba dive for pleasure and have never felt Elevation Sickness. It is a thing and clients should be warned ahead of time. Alma is the highest town/city in Colorado.
Other than that the house and scenery was beautiful.

Hi Jose, thank you for your review! The homeowner wanted to share the following: "Our guests come for the mountain experience including skiing and hiking. The elevation of the local ski resorts and the most popular hiking and mountain bike trails are all higher than the house. Colorado is the highest state in the Union. On my first visit to Denver, Colorado fifteen years ago "the mile-high city" I had an experience with altitude that was I not prepared for, however, it passed quickly, and fell in love with the state. In the written details given to guests before arrival the altitude and
location of the house are provided. One of the ways to alleviate nausea
from altitude is simply to drink more water and slow down! As a courtesy,
we remind folks they are coming to the mountains and also supply hydration supplements along with other goodies for their comfort and pleasure. We always provide safety and comfort tips to our guests, especially those coming from the flatlands and who may not be used to the mountain experience. We recognize the benefits that you enjoyed the scenery and hospitality and we strive that every guest has a five-star experience. Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews."
A group of my friends and I came up for my birthday weekend. The house is fantastic and we all greatly enjoyed our stay. The multiple levels made for great privacy, as there was a 1.5 year old with us who needed to go the bed rather early. We also loved all the sleds and other winter sports in the garage. We had a really fun time sledding on one of our days here. I would definitely rebook this house and recommend it to any big groups. One thing I would recommend is to bring a speaker if you want to listen to music. We did not find any speaker/sound system to play music on when we were playing board games, but we also didn't look very hard, which could easily be on us.
This house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children for a long holiday weekend. Plenty of space, very clean, and beautiful views. Though felt secluded, close to Alma & Fairplay as well as the great outdoors!

Family vacation
Our party of 9 had never been to Colorado let alone the mountains. The drive was scary since we're used to flat florida land but so worth it once you see the house and especially the views which are breath taking! We will most definitely be back! Tge house itself was so spacious and all the couples had their privacy which was nice. The layout is modern and fresh and so easy to make home.

Amazing home away from home
This house was amazing and was the perfect getaway for my birthday trip with friends this year. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day. There was some confusion on the host’s part on when my group would be arriving and we struggled getting into the property. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach the host to get the correct door code which made for a very hectic arrival. I will add that the host contact did call the next day to apologize which I appreciated. Other than that mishap, this trip was amazing and we would consider staying here again.

Beautiful house and gorgeous view
The property was beautiful as was the house. The various levels made it nice for our large group to spread out. The multiple decks gave such a beautiful view of the snow, mountains and trees. The kitchen was nicely stocked and large for us to cook our meals. We would definitely come again!
