Villa Kitrini is a spacious villa split over 2 levels. The villa is set in a large olive grove with a breathtaking view of the NE coast and the Albanian mountains.
It provides sanctuary from the more crowded tourist areas and the peace, space and privacy of the foothills.
Each floor, its own retreat, is fully furnished with its own kitchen and living areas as well as bedrooms and bathrooms. Each retreat has its own front door, making Villa Kitrini flexible and ideal for large families, multiple families, friends or a get away with separate space for grandparents.
Villa Kitrini is a great family villa with a comfortable feeling. Its layout is ideal for relaxation as well as pleasure. Step out on to one of the verandas to a beautiful view overlooking the private solar heated swimming pool.
All of this creates an atmosphere of relaxation, perfect for lounging and get togethers with its superb alfresco dining areas and stone built bbq with a pizza oven. Other facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher, stone BBQ and pizza oven, DVD player, CD player, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer and hair-dryer.

Why they chose this property
Villa Kitrini is the perfect spot to get away from it all, bask in the sunshine by the pool, entertain in the fully furnished two apartments which form the villa with separate entrances, providing some separation for families, with all ameneties both upstairs and downstairs. It is a short ten minute drive to Kassiopi township, and many beaches. The local village Perithea provides tavernas and small supermarkets. The villa is private and has astounding views of the coast, and magnificent sunsets. Tastefully furnished and newly renovated, it is truly comfortable and well thought out.

Villa Kitrini provides excellent accommodation for ten people- families or friends, and serves as a homebase where you can stay and never go out, or day trip all over the island, from historical sites to Old Corfutown, beaches, tavernas, boating and shopping.
