All new appliances, full size washer/dryer, central heat and air conditioning,. Off street parking for 3 cars, additional street parking available. Large open front porch, back deck, back yard, mud room, outdoor shower and bike storage. Beach tags /6 beach chairs provided. 4 BR, 3 full bathrooms, hall bath ,complete with tub. 2 short blocks to AC jitney. Front porch is 10 steps up from sidewalk. Home is 2 stories with 4 bedrooms on second floor. Vintage Ventnor has an exterior video surveillance system in place.

Great location, amazing host!

The property is simply amazing, with so many thoughtful touches. We loved the deep front porch with cozy furniture. Decor is eclectic and very tasteful. Kitchen is immaculate and updated. Hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. A strong 5 stars!!

Excellent house

The place is a nicely maintained/modern refinished neat older house. The host was kind enough to unexpectedly meet us when we checked in to help us have extra room for bike storage. We utilized the close proximity to the beach and boardwalk a lot. It was a good place with various separate areas to have conversations and hang out. It was a very quiet neighborhood, easy to prepare meals for the group, watch movies/football together, and an overall easy stay.

Holiday gathering

This is a lovely, large and comfortable home where my family and I stayed for the holidays. Great location, close to the beach and Boardwalk with off street parking. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions. Lovely place to stay.

Family Trip

Our trip to Ventnor was absolutely perfect! From the house and everything that was in it was more than enough for us. Cathy was so accommodating during our stay. I would highly reccomenend this property and would like to come back again.
