What a beautiful comfy condo perfectly located in Grace Bay. Lucille is an excellent host and ensures you have everything you need to make your stay perfect. There were 5 restaurants within a five minute walk and we could easily drive to all the beautiful beaches and snorkeling spots.

Condo very spacious. has all you need to cook food and beach chairs. umbrella .coolers, snorkel equipment. Plenty of good restaurants at Turtle Cove and several that will cook any fish you catch. Short drive to upscale restaurants in Gracy Cove and short drive to airport. Hope to stay there in the future

My wife and daughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I didn't follow the check-in instructions, but the host was able to help us out within minutes. The condo is well-appointed and has great views out to the ocean. The location was perfect for us. Can't wait to stay here again!

Lovely condominium apartment exactly as advertised

This lovely property is exactly as it is advertised- clean, lovely pool, and a 5 min walk to the gorgeous, mostly deserted Grace Bay beach.Very convenient for grocery shopping and lots of good restaurants nearby. Kitchen is fully equipped making meal preparation easy. The host and her husband are lovely and were very helpful with anything that we needed. Most highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in Turtle Cove

We had a wonderful time staying in Lucille‘s lovely, spacious one bedroom 2nd floor apartment. It was nicely decorated and fitted out throughout, very relaxing, especially the large, wraparound balcony which overlooked the nice pool, and with views of Turtle Cove, Marina and the sea in the distance. Michael was great to communicate with and gave us lots of good tips, especially on the restaurants nearby many of which we visited. They are just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay. Happy to recommend it.

Life is blessed when you get to enjoy this retreat!

Great hosts...well stocked kitchen - we made a cake for my daughter's birthday! ... have towels and beach chairs for guest use too. It is easy self-check-in (no front desk), so make sure you have your instructions when you arrive. Recommend renting a car because it is easy to park and get around. Also lots of restaurants seem to use OpenTable - so this app can be helpful when searching for reservations (recommended). We found that some of the best restaurants are on hotel properties and you can access them and park if you have a reservation. For example Pink bar at the Wymara is beautiful for lunch on the beach (pricey but lovely).Would definitely stay again!

A Slice Of Paradise

Enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. Well maintained outside property. Very clean and nice view of the pool and ocean from our balcony. Host was excellent at communications. Condo was well kept but could use some updating. Property is on a hill and requires steps (26!) to this second floor end unit. There is no elevator. Was well stocked with everything you needed. We enjoyed 2 weeks here.

Home away from home

The condo is 100% as listed and pictured. This is not a “resort” in the sense no onsite bar, restaurant or entertainment. We were not expecting any and had actually selected a condo for the calm. The kitchen is well equipped as we cooked every morning! The balcony is very big and an end unit so much larger than others. Full table and seating area there so enjoyed our breakfast there everyday. Loved the snorkel equipment in the closet. You can easily walk down to Smiths Reef and snorkel right from the beach. We really enjoyed not having a packed beach as well - just beautiful. Note stairs and somewhat steep walk to get to and from property but we also new that going in. And the pool - loved using the pool and lounge chairs every single day!!

We are Canadians who fell in love with Providenciales on our first trip over a decade ago! We choose to buy our property in Turtle Cove given its central location, close to Grace Bay Beach, great restaurants and shopping.
As we only have a limited time available to us to spend on this wonderful island, we decided to offer it to short term guests to share our experiences with others.
We are always available to assist in making every stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Why they chose this property

Turtle Cove is centrally located in the heart of Providenciales. Turtle Cove is less "touristy" and has a laid back vibe. Restaurants are more reasonably priced than in Grace Bay tourist area.
There are a variety of dining opportunities within a 5 - 10 minute walk.

What makes this property unique

We take great pride in our property, which is updated regularly! We are a very short walk from Grace Bay Beach, and the island's best snorkeling at Smith's Reef.
We love the views of Grace Bay from our front door, bedroom and balcony! The views are stunning and, at times, breathtaking.
