This 3 bedroom villa has been completely renovated and exquisitely furnished to a 5 star luxury standard. This villa is for those that prefer luxury.

Located on the exclusive northern end of the island. Only a short drive in your buggy to the marina village and resort areas, but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful, tranquil surrounds.

This double storey villa has 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Open plan living and dining area that opens out to the patio and private grassed area. This area will be a hit with sunbakers as well as families with toddlers.

The villa has everything you could want on your Hamilton Island holiday, including a modern fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

The owners have spared no expense in ensuring their villa is of the highest standard for their guests.

The bedding configuration is:
Bedroom 1: King
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: King or 2 singles
Accommodates 6 adults and 2 children
Please note that there are 2x aero beds available at $30 per night, per bed on top of the advertised rate)

Great holiday.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked with more than you think in terms of utensils and plastic item for kids. As well as the pantry with basics. Which was a nice surprise. Can’t wait to return. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Internet and mobile phone is a bit of a hit and miss affair. But didn’t bother us as it was nice for devices to be put down!! However if you have work to do you won’t be doing it at the villa.

Perfect family villa

This villa was absolutely perfect. Located on the northern side of the island with fantastic views, the villa meet all our requirements for a family of 6. The villa is beautiful fitted out, very modern and everything has been thought of. Bring your bags unpack and relax. We had a beautiful time and I highly recommend this villa and it’s location.
