Our cozy 2 bedrooms are comfortably accommodating no matter what your occasion may be. New Rail Trail across the street for walking, running, biking,etc. A short 1.6mi commute to Olympic Training Center. Local hotspot dining right down the road.

Location is a 5 minute drive to main street, which boasts plenty of shopping, dining, and recreational experiences. It also has a few dining options within walking distance which was great. Convenience store just up the street is also able to provide any ammenities you may have forgotten to pack.The space was clean and comfortable, and being just tucked away from the bustle of downtown we found it quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay in Suite 201! Apartment was super clean and it was a great location with less than a five minute drive to town. Another huge plus was there was a little park right next door. My daughter loved looking at the lake and going down the slide. Will certainly look to stay again. Thank you!

We loved the property. It was just what we needed while our son was at CAN/AM. Great location, close to everything. There are quite a few stairs, so if you have anyone who struggles with mobility, you need to be aware of that.

We have stayed here and positively reviewed last year as well. We love the apartment’s appointments, privacy and also closeness to town. Owner/property manager keeps it clean and inclusive of many amenities. We are likely to return again!

Pleasant stay near Mirror Lake

Pros - The property was very near to mirror lake and townshops. Check-in process was easy. There is a park beside for outdoor grill. Kitchen amenities were useful in times of following social distancing. Cons - There was only one AC in the living room, the room was cool enough to adjust, but the bedrooms were hot to bear even at night time. There is only one bathroom, which is inconvenient for a larger group of 5-6 people. Finding the entry door was difficult, there is no sign or board for indication.

Sorry for the problem with the AC; it is very unusual for us to need air conditioning here and I was unaware that it was not working optimally. (Had you told me, I may have known sooner. It has since been charged). I believe we were very accommodating to your group, which was larger than we normally allow and had many special requests, including late (2 hr) checkout. Our check-in directions, sent to each guest prior to arrival, are very detailed as to entry door location, parking, wifi password, etc. Our cleaning crew had to work more than normal after your late departure also

Not the best for older people

I have a bad left shoulder and had a major issue going up the very steep and numerous stairs without the use of a hand rail. If I had been aware of the steep and numerous stairs I would not have chosen that unit.

Comfortable, clean, great location

The property is very clean and the location is ideal, around the corner from town, restaurants and coffee. The AC unit is only in the main room so the bedrooms don't cool down at night. The location is next to industrial companies and the front door, and stairs up to the apartment feel a little bit industrial/unfinished, but the apartment is lovely.

Comfortable & Nicely Appointed

With 3 small children in tow for our New Years trip, this property exceeded expectations. There is a single stairway separating you from your car, and an open space apartment with 2 bedrooms on separate ends. Great for little ones to be able to move freely and only one other apartment on the other side of the building. On a quiet street with 2nd floor large sunny window view of the old train station. Interesting parking situation but you get used to it fast. The property manager was very responsive and took care of an unexpected problem fast. Would love to stay here again!

Nice Condo in Lake Placid

The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. The entrance is a little odd but location is really pretty good with being able to walk to restaurants a block away and town not too far. There was also a shuttle to Main Street across at the old train station not sure if it continues in winter. I would recommend. The property manager was very responsive.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the appliances worked well. Love the separate doors for the shower and WC making it so easy to share. Lots of drawers in the bedrooms. Outlets everywhere for charging. Lots of lighting options in each space. Quiet street but close to Main St. to shops and great restaurants. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and utensils. I would love to stay there again.

Alyse stayed in one of my apartments with her group. Never met her; my management company corresponded with her. And there was a lot of correspondence prior to stay, all of which was politely answered. Following her groups’ stay, my cleaner noticed sooty substance on the table in front of the couch. Subsequently, the cleaner discovered a burn hole in the couch. We approached Alyse about paying to repair the damage and she vehemently denied her group had anything to do with it. Got quite nasty and threatening about it. We subsequently discontinued our efforts to collect damages ($100) yet she still persists, threatening us and giving us a one star review (we have a 4.8 star average). I chose not to review her, but I certainly would approach her with the utmost caution if you are considering renting your place to her.
