Broadview Retreat House is located in Woodstock NY. The house is a 10 minute walk to Tinker Street, the center of town. Enjoy the peaceful mountain views from the comfort of the warm indoors. Make a fire and watch the wildlife on the property. 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large stocked kitchen. Over and acre and a half to roam.
Contactless check in. Entire property to yourself; no other tenants or owners on site.

The home has central air and 5G fast WiFi. Brand new whole house generator to ensure the electricity is always on. We provide EV tesla charger. There is a stocked kitchen with a Keurig and anything you can possibly need during your stay. We have multiple outdoor seating areas including 2 decks, fire pit and mountain views and a bluestone patio with a gas fire table. For the kids we provide board games, yard games including Kan Jam, badminton, cornhole and giant Jenga. In the home we have toys, books, high chair, pack and play, and more.

There is a driveway large enough for 6 cars, maybe a trailer if needed.

No need to bring anything, we provide wood for the fireplace, k cups, paper products and a stocked kitchen with spices and most condiments. A stocked cabinet of cleaning supplies is left for guest use as well.

At this time the house is not allowing pets. No Smoking.
Also, no parties, this is a quiet neighborhood and observes quiet after 10pm.

We take cleaning very seriously and have professional cleaning crew between each guest. We also have an air purifier in the home for you to use at your discretion.

We have many recommendations of what to do in the area and look forward to sharing our love of Woodstock with you.

Woodstock in the fall

Had a lovely weekend at this Woodstock home! So nicely decorated for the season, loved the gas fireplace family room overlooking the changing leaves so beautiful! So many little extras made you feel at home.

Lovely house, great host

This is a charming and funky house. It was great for our group of five adults and two children. House was well stocked with baby equipment. Location is lovely. Marybeth responded very promptly to question etc Woodstock is a charming town and we enjoyed the Farmers Market.

Amazing Woodstock rental

Wonderful, clean, well designed Woodstock home minutes walk from Tinker Street. Woodstock is one of the most charming upstate towns with great shops, restaurants and close to great outdoor activities. And this house is so centrally located to everything you might want to do upstate and a pleasant and charming home base. Hosts are super helpful and communicative although the whole set up is seamless and self explanatory!

Such a lovely house for a great getaway.

Our family of 6 had a terrific weekend at Broadview Retreat House. A nice easy walk into town got us out of our cars. The house was super cleans and had everything we needed. I just loved the view of the mountains from the kitchen where we cooked some terrific meals each night. The layout was perfect. Everyone chose a room that felt like it was “ours”. My kids attended school remotely and we worked remotely each morning and enjoyed going into town and on trails until evening. So happy we went and we are planning a return trip in the spring.

A few days away to just get away

5 stars is my opinion is not enough for this host and property--10 STARS is much more appropriate. Over the years we have used VBRO domestically and Internationally and have never encountered a host like Marybeth. House was spotless, kitchen and pantry filled with all necessities you forget to bring like oil and spices etc and lets not forget 3 different types of coffee machines. Marybeth is an over the top host and the house is in walking distance to downtown Woodstock and all the Bars and Restaurants along with enjoying wandering around the property woods. If going to Woodstock, dont pass this place up. Stay Safe and Stay Healthy Richard

Woodstock Getaway

Beautifully decorated bohemian home, very cozy for a family vacation. We enjoyed walking into town, hiking Overlook mountain, walking along the Ashokan reservoir, grilling and lounging on the back deck, and bird watching out the front window. Although many shops and restaurants had inconsistent hours during our stay, the host provided all the comforts of home, so that we could “stay in” and cook family meals and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere & beautiful grounds. Marybeth the property owner was very friendly, responsive and clear in her communications and very accommodating during our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Super place and location

I have stayed in Vrbo homes before and this home was very nice and cool. We loved the decorations that enhance the Woodstock feeling. The location was perfect and we loved being close to downtown. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the backyard because we had 2 little babies. There is nice outside furniture, grill, and a fire pit. The house has everything you need and we would love to stay there again.

Very enjoyable stay

This property was exactly as advertised and lived up to the 5 star reviews. Property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Communication with the property manager was great. Lots of space and beds. Not only was the inside lovely but the outside was great too - my kids loved the swings and we enjoyed sitting outside and having fires in the fire-pit at night. It was our first time in the Woodstock area and we were provided with great recommendations for things to do. We are very much looking forward to going back.

Fabulous Across the Board

Traditional Woodstock house, on a quiet road really close - walking distance - to and from town. Great, comfortable common areas and really lovely bedrooms. The extras - ultra-quiet mini-split air conditioners that allow custom temperature controls in each room, high quality sheets and bedding, a staples-stocked kitchen - were unexpected and hugely appreciated. Communications with Marybeth were easy and always helpful. We highly recommend this rental!

The perfect getaway…

Can’t recommend this place enough. Marybeth was so thoughtful and had everything we could need and more… from cookies from the local bakery and an assortment of snacks to children’s toys and a baby gate and baby-proofing items for our toddler. Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Woodstock a few years back. Woodstock is an interesting town where you can see and do just about anything, nothing is weird. The restaurants are high quality and there is so much to do in nature. Just being in this particular house you get to see bears, deer, birds, all sorts of animals. The view is really my favorite part, you really get a sense of beauty and perspective.

What makes this property unique

The area is close to skiing and hiking and many swimming holes. We provide so many little extras I think that keeps the guests returning because no one wants to deal with a hassle on vacation. As owners we are also frequent renters ourselves and we know how to be 'hosts'.
